This place is horrible. Not only do they have horrible customer service but they are not the least bit compassionate. Their sign is small and the colors on it do not make the business stand out. Their yard is left open so if your car ends up there anyone is free to walk in and take what they want out of your car! The dog in the fence is nice and poorly taken care of. Filthy. You have to walk in piles of shit in the yard to get to your property. There is no sign saying where to go on the fence. I was also threatened by saying the dog would have bitten me when that was a lie the dog was a friendly dog. I do not recommend any business to use this place.

Sparks, NV
This is the best towing company in the Reno & Sparks area! Within the past few weeks, both of my cars broke down and I had to have them towed. I called my State Farm agent to arrange for towing, and they recommended National Tow. This is one of the few towing companies who actually bills the insurance company directly, rather than billing the customer and then reimbursing for charges. It was great to not have any out-​of-​pocket expenses.
The service was fast and very friendly — the man who did the towing both times was their employee named Bob. He towed my car to the shop and then dropped me off at work so I wouldn’t have to pay for a cab. I would highly recommend this towing company!
