They’ve messed up my breakfast order nearly every time I go through the drive thru! What’s up with that?! I usually don’t make complaints but I called back on my order was missing its ingredients and the manager was vague on being sorry. What’s up with that also?

Four stars for a fast food restaurant? Absolutely!
Wifey had been sick and she always craves french fries when that happens so I was sent on a mission to get said fries. McDonald’s is always her choice for the french fries. I only get two items from McDonald’s: sweet tea and a hot fudge sundae. My southern body must be replenished frequently with sweet tea and I hate to say it but this is probably the best sweet tea you can get in Reno. Yes, that is sad but I’m just happy to be able to find it here at all. It’s one of the things I miss most since moving from the east coast. My second item of choice is alway the hot fudge sundae. It is piled HIGH with that fudge and by high, I mean half of this sundae is just fudge! The ratio of 50% fudge to 50% ice cream is really my favorite.
The service was quick and the employees I dealt with were very personable. They both had smiles on their faces and were pleasant to deal with. I appreciate that! I never set foot inside since I’m a drive-​thru kinda girl so I can’t comment on the inside of the building. The drive thru was quick, easy, and painless. I left with all the items I came for with a smile on my face.

This is the worst McDonald’s ever! I live in the area so sometimes hit this place in a pinch. It NEVER ends well. Of 15 – 20 visits over three years, I don’t believe they’ve gotten an order right even once.

Just there today and the guys that takes order from the drive through is very rude! didnt give us straws and spoons for our drinks. He probably hates w9rking there and takes it out on customers! Not okay

Be Warned! This is the worst McDonalds I have ever been to. The floors are dirty, employees are undertrained, and there is no leadership at all!!! Waited 15 min for a coffee my friends. The reviews on this place accurately represent what is in store for you. At the end of a snowy day the play place is this restaurants best feature.

I have always liked McDonalds ever since I was a kid.
I also always order the same thing, a quarter pounder with cheese. For me this burger has just the right meat to bun to cheese and condiments.
So the burger I got today was just odd, nothing was right about it. The consistency of the meat was spungy and flavourless. The condiments were barely there and the cheese was no where near melted. I wonder if they actually cook the burgers here or just heat them up. I do know that if this had been the first time eating at McDonalds I would never go back thinking this was the standard.
The bathroom was gross as well, it looked as though it had not been cleaned in days and the waste container was over flowing and we were there at about 10;55 am.
I just know never to come to this store again.

My biggest complaint is the place is FILTHY-​they rarely clean it. I’ve been here several times over the past couple years and it is always the same.
Customers are frequently treated to dirty tables, food, crumbs, and napkins on the floor and under the tables. The ketchup and fountain counter are usually filthy.
I recently witnessed an employee picking up and taking out the trash in the seating area, then was called behind the counter assist. Without washing her hands, she started serving up fries and ice cream cones. Nasty. I will ask them to wash their hands before serving my food.
Customer service has been an real issue with some employees, so training is not consistent. Sometimes they do not greet you, repeat your order, or even say a word. Very cold and rude.
I like the location, but the filth is unacceptable– managers and employees need to step up their game big time.

My sandwich was not made fresh but it was just o.k. Nothing to write home about.

If I could give zero stars I would, got various coupon offers from management and letters of apology, but when my brother in law went to grab a quick bite for my kids, they managed to screw it up once again, leaving out items, fry boxes filled half way with cold fries. Don’t bother calling about it, they’ll say they are sorry and will continue to mess up your order each and every time. I did call just to let them know and I got a stupid giggly little Latina girl with an accent who was amused by my frustration. Luckily for her, messing up an order of burgers and fries isn’t something I consider serious enough to warrant me going down there and dragging her chunky little behind from behind the counter and giving her a good old fashioned ass whoopin, I mean she already works at McDonalds, what more can I do to her life? Anyhow, seriously, go to any McDonalds before this one unless you like a cold incorrect food order served by non-​chalant devil may care attitude having idiot teenagers.

Best McDonald’s with a play place in Reno. Pretty good wifi and the regular coffee is pretty good here at the McCafe. All the standard McD’s fare. Great place to take your kids on an icy cold day where they can play indoors while you sip hot coffee, cruise the internet and eat mcnuggets for $ 4.99 a 20 piece (that’s just dangerous).

I only felt the need to write a review to offset the one 1-​star review that someone left. I’ve been to hundreds of McDonald’s retaurants in my life and I take the kids to this one quite often because it has an indoor playground. As far as McDonald’s go, I would put this one in the 95^th percentile. It’s always as clean as you can reasonably expect and the food is fresh. I’m sure the other reviewer just happened by on a bad day or something. As McDonald’s go… this is a good one.

My experience with Mc Donalds in the past was that you can go to one anywhere in the world and it’s always the same. Same food, same décor, same standard of cleanliness. While the décor at this particular McD’s is nice, the place is filthy. Went with hubby today just to get something to drink. The self-​serve drink station was filthy. Straw wrappers everywhere. The little white cups you put ketchup in were wet with old soda. None of the tables were clean. The bathroom wasn’t much better. Plus, they seemed to be very short handed. It took about five minutes for the cashier to come and take our order, because she had to fill the previous customer’s order all by herself. Didn’t look like she had any back up at all. I think I’ll skip this one next time.
