Incomplete information given upfront regarding payment, deposit, installation costs, etc. – all essential items to be known before an order is placed. Conveniently sweeps details away. Be careful ordering from this company.

After living in our new home for over a year, we saw that Reno sun can be brutal!
After the wonderful experience we had with Michelle and Rich, I didn’t call anyone else. Called them and they came out the next day to measure and to show me what products they recommend.
They set us up with these cool shades for these hard to reach windows at the very top of our ceiling and better yet, it came with a remote control. Not too expensive and since they are Hunter Douglas products, we know that they will last.
We also purchased some more plantation shutters for these narrow windows on either side of our front door. Love love love them.

Great price and terrific service. They have a van that comes to your home with all the products which makes the selection process a breeze. Can’t recommend them highly enough.
