I needed a shirt made ASAP for my softball team and it was Sunday evening. Custom Made was the only place that I could find open. The 1 run penalty per non-uniform was no longer acceptable so I had no other choice. I had to go have a «custom» shirt made. Walked up to the counter and the girl working didn’t want to get up from the chair to help me. Reluctantly, she finally did. I noticed that the logo I needed on my shirt was sitting atop the counter on display. How perfect is that? Wellllll… That was the moment all hope died. The girl told me that they could not actually make any«custom» shirts. They were only able to press on the images that they already had in their inventory. Back of my mind I’m thinking«this employee just doesn’t want to do any work.» Then she said, «In order to do that logo, I’ll have to dig through everything to find it.» Well my thoughts are now confirmed. She spent very little time digging through the tiny filing cabinet in order to find my logo. After a few seconds of pretending to look she told me that they didn’t have it. She said they could print it for me but she doesn’t have the color that I needed(it was yellow). They had a customer who was willing to pay any price to have a shirt made ASAP. If this business can’t make a custom shirt than I would strongly recommend changing their name to «Unlikely 2B Made.» How do you advertise custom shirts and have no way of customizing them, no inventory, and employees who have zero motivation for customer service? Please learn from my mistake. Don’t waste your time going here. Buy the iron-on vinyl for your printer and make your own custom shirts. It will guarantee you a better experience of equal or better quality.
