Clean Masters

It seems as if they have worked out all of the bugs. I contacted them through their website, they came out on time and the service was spot on and my place was spotless!
Will be using them again.

Would give negative rating if I could.
It took me almost 4 weeks just to schedule an appointment. Even after I was able to get a hold of the right person, I had to send them a copy of my credit card statement to prove that I had paid for the cleaning sessions.
I was happy that I was finally able to set up a meeting after going through all the painstaking trouble. The maid was about 10 minutes late, which would have been fine if everything else was up to the mark. I handed over the keys and left for work hoping she would do her job as it is only a 1 BR apartment and there is nothing special to do as such. I simply told her to vacuum the floors and do a regular cleaning/​dusting. To my surprise, more than half of the apartment was either untouched or not properly cleaned. The bathroom sink mirror was totally skipped. The carpet was not vacuumed in the corners. The bathroom floor was left half cleaned. There was one bowl in the kitchen sink and it was left as it was. I don’t think its worth the money or time to deal with these people.

I have been in communication with the company since 9÷3÷15 and they appear to be very sincere about the communication problem. I appreciate that they acknowledged and apologized for the mishap. The frustration I experienced initially has softened and I am giving them a second chance.

I found Clean Masters because they were running a special on Groupon. The lady was very helpful from start to finish. I needed my carpets cleaned since I was moving out of my apartments after living there for four years. There were a couple stains that she was able to pull out and when she was finished the carpet looked like new. Thank you for such a great job!

I called on Mothers Day evening, hoping to leave a message and Clean Masters called me back 20 min later. I told them I had already made an appointment with someone else, that it wasn’t a price issue but a time issue. Clean Masters offered to come out that evening. We settled on the next morning, they charged me less than my original quote, cleaned a larger space than I wanted and were fast, friendly and did an amazing job. I’m a customer for life and you should be too!
