Mark was truly wonderful! Such a great person, Mark did an outstanding job on our carpets, they turned out really great! He is pleasant to work with, and we will definitely use him again, I recommend him highly!!! His prices are good and his efforts and the results of his work are superb!!! Our carpets turned out great and it was a real pleasure to work with Mark!!!

I have used Carpet Cops carpet cleaning service for several years now. I truly cannot say enough about Mark, the owner and his staff. Not only are they some of the most pleasant people I’ve met, they are detailed, always willing to work around my schedule, use the latest technology in carpet cleaning, and if any spots resurface they come back with zero hassle to retreat! I’ve used other companies in the past only to be disappointed. Their cost is very reasonable and well worth it! I was surprised as well when I received a call a couple days after the cleaning, by Mark, making sure I was happy with their service! My carpet always looks amazing and I would recommend them with 5 stars!

I used to work for a house cleaning company, and part of our incentive to do the best job possible was a rating system and then we would have an auction at the end of a period of time with the amount of tickets we accumulated from our highest ratings from customers. At the auction I won a free cleaning from Carpet Cops. I have never used a professional carpet cleaning company ever, I have always been a do it yourself kind of person.
My husband was home the day they arrived, I had to leave town for the day. When I returned pretty much my whole house was done, my carpets never looked better, my house didn’t smell like chemicals, it smelled fresh, the odor left in the carpets from the previous tenants were completely removed.
When I moved into my house the landlord never had the carpets shampooed prior to our move in, so the odor of cigarette smoke still lingered in the carpets, and the smell of dust.
I would use Carpet Cops again, and I would recommend them to everyone out there. In fact when I cleaned houses, some of my customers would ask me if I knew of any carpet cleaning companies out there, that were good, I guess since I was in the cleaning business that they assumed I knew of carpet cleaning companies out there, or maybe the company I worked for possibly had a contract with someone. I would recommend Carpet Cops to my customers.
I’m a picky person when it comes to the detailing of my car, and the cleaning of my house.
