I hate writing negative reviews… But when the sales clerk walks over to the display and removes all the items as you’re making your selection, telling you they’re for someone on the phone, that just chaps my hide. I didn’t call, I drove 22 miles from my home in Wingfield Springs to make my purchase. As I’m standing there calculating how many feet of under cabinet lighting I’ll need to complete my kitchen one of the clerks walks over and removes all but two items from the rack, telling me that 20 minutes ago someone had called for them. I guess at this store, two birds in the bush are worth one in the store. Found them on line for less money and no shipping or sales tax… If you shop here don’t be surprised if they rip items from your clutch to sell to someone else. And if you offer a rebuttal trying to explain that you dropped the ball and should have removed the items as soon as you hung-up, save yourself the time… The customer standing in your showroom, the one that put himself in your brick and mortar store should always come first! Otherwise close your business and run it from a website!

I was assisted immediately but was not harrassed. A perfect combo! Dana went out of her way to find me catalogs and just makes the whole process so enjoyable. We are lucky to have this elegant and professional business here locally! The selection of lights and cabinets is incredible. Can’t compare internet shopping to a friendly and affordable local business.

I found Dana at Cabinet & Lighting to be extremely helpful in working through the millions of options for lighting and switching, particularly when working with incandescent in one area, LED in another, and Xenon under cabinet lights in still another. It’s so easy to go wrong, get the wrong thing, get items that don’t work well together, etc., so it’s great to have a competent guide to help make these decisions. Thanks, Dana.

Great product and selections. We ordered a bunch of lights, had great communication as to the status of our order from Michelle Fodor and the quality of the product exceeded our expectations. To visit their showroom is to get lost in all the possibilities on how to use their lighting selections.

Where I work at Sapphire Salon, Cabinet and Lighting installed new chandeliers and lighting in our bathroom’s and state of the art rail lighting in our retail area and they did an absolutely fabulous job and recommendations were perfect and beautiful… delivered what they promised to on time and to perfection

The worst customer service I have ever seen. They put add-ons on the other end of your invoice to make up for what appears to be competitive base prices on light fixtures up front. The showroom help on our lighting selections was fine. I pretty much already knew exactly what I wanted from online window shopping. I needed a house full, 14 fixtures, but started with one fixture. I ordered it. Yuki: «Yes, it is in stock.» Then two days later: «Oh, they have to paint it. It will be 3 to 4 weeks.» Then after FIVE weeks, no call from Yuki. No e-mail from Yuki. I e-mail her and then have to call her twice to get a response from her. Then I am told: «I am sorry. There is a problem. I have two people working on it.» Won’t say what the problem is. I call manufacturer and am told: «Five more weeks from TODAY.» I called Yuki and I cancelled. Two of the 14 fixtures we needed were high-priced 16-light chandeliers. We have been WITHOUT dining room lighting for over five weeks. Do not waste your time with this store. At one point, before even this debacle today, on another«issue» with her, Yuki told me: «We are just a small store.» Okay. Fine. So does that hurt the service I am going to get from you? Apparently so. No wonder so many small businesses go out of business. She just sent me an e-mail with receipt of my refund of my deposit. At least she says she takes«partial responsibility» for this. I do believe she messed up the order on the front end somehow. DON’T GOTOTHISSTORE! Now I have to start from Square One.

I wish I had purchased my cabinets from Cabinet and Lighting. I did purchase all the lighting for my house. David the Manager was always there to help always took my phone calls or met with me. I am very happy with my lighting, it was not easy an easy house to design lighting for. I am still buying accessories for my track lighting and it has been easy.

Please don’t go here. My husband and I were going to get new cabinets for our laundry room. We walk in and the one and only guy who was working there was busy with other customers. He saw that we were standing there waiting for 30 minutes without even saying that he would be right with us or anything. After not getting acknowledged for 30 minutes we decided to finally go somewhere else.
