Burger King

Extremely poor customer service. The Employees can’t even speak English. Left us waiting in the drive thru for nearly 15 mins while they tried to figured out if it was ok to replace our order they screwed up a week before. This place is a joke. I wouldn’t give this place any stars but I have to to be able to post.

What Burger King with a play land doesn’t have baby changing stations in the restrooms?! Well, apparently this one. Grrrr. It’s a decent enough Burger King as Burger Kings go, but not having a place to change my 4-​month-​old in an obviously family oriented fast food place isn’t cool.
On the plus side, my hubby got the new A-​1 Ultimate Bacon Cheeseburger and he really liked it. My older daughter and I both tried his and really liked it as well.

Awful. One of the buns was literally as stale as a brick. I also asked for no pickles and got pickles. It was a little inconvenient. It’s just a fast food joint so expectations shouldn’t be too high, but c’mon. Terrible place.

DON’T TRY THE NEW SATIS-​FRIES!!! There’s a reason they have less fat and calories. They are tasteless! They remind me of those microwavable fries. Just yuck! I’d give BK one star, but I actually prefer their grilled patties to say McDonalds. They also at least try hard to diversify their menu and try new things like remember those rib pieces? But fundamentally, this is a big a s corporate t rd factory with unhealthy ground beef from sick cows full of antibiotics and growth hormones that will utlimately make you sick. Burger King is just not my cup of tea, because I usually don’t like a big fat t rd in my cup of tea.

Burger King is not some place I frequent. But today being adventurous I threw caution to the wind and stopped in and ordered a number one with cheese which came to just over nine bucks.
I got what I expected a burger and side that tastes institutionalized and not too messy so I was happy with what I got.
I honestly have no idea if this configuration of the store is the original or has it been updated. Sort of odd if you ask me. I also do not like a menu that changes to a screen with advertising when one is trying to decide what they want to purchase.
Taking and giving the order was a bit challenging since I could not understand the woman behind the counter and she did not hear or understand me on the first try. But we got it done in the end.

A remodeled location and they did a good job. The new menu is actually pretty good. I like coming here because it has a deceptively big play area for my daughter. Judging among Burger Kings, this place is better than most Burger Kings and is why I am giving it 4 stars.

Burger King is Burger King is Burger King. Still, you have to compare apples to apples, and today I stopped in for breakfast (sausage crossanwich and a coke) and it was darn good. Sandwich was piping hot, with a soft flaky crossiant, melty cheese, and tasty sausage. All three flavors came through nicely – something you don’t usually get with fast food. Drive thru service was quick and the person at the window was quite friendly. For a BK, this was a four star experience.

This is the only BK in town with an indoor play area for kids. It is right across the street from a McD’s that also has an indoor play area. Go to McD’s! The BK play area is filthy and it smells!
This is the 3^rd time I’ve taken my daughter here in the past year and every time the play area is filthy. I make a point to tell the manager and come back 6 months later to find nothing has changed. Tonight it wasn’t busy at all which should be a good sign to the management that there is a problem. They should be packed at dinner time on a Friday and it was dead. There was plenty of staff working behind the counter and an employee even came in to the play area to pick up trays from on top of the trashcan but didn’t bother to even look to see if the tables needed to be cleared, which they did!
Trash on the floor and tables, dirty tables and chairs, etc. At least this time there wasn’t a spilled drink on the floor, which is what I found last time. Instead of cleaning it up when I told the manager, an employee walked through it to clear off a table, further spreading the mess around in an area where kids a running around in their socks! This place sucks!
