So I recently learned that this optical place charge my insurance for 650 $, and they even ask me to pay out of pocket for worth 200 $. You guys should read your EXPLANATION OF BENEFITS because they are overcharging your insurance. And they won’t even give refund. Hidden Scammers!

My experience of getting glasses was fun and attentive. When i got in people where very polite and very responsive to all my concerns. The equipment they used to perform the eye test where high end. They even did a sonogram on my eyes which i thought to my self it was pretty cool. The doctor was very attentive to my eyes and took her time seeing me and explaining me my astigmatism. Finally the prices for my glasses where great; got a $ 100 coupon off my purchase. I highly recommend to any one.

So I would consider myself a fairly picky person and when it comes to choosing a new set of frames, vision world has exceeded my standards for customer satisfaction. Michael worked with me for over an hour trying to offer my style of frames from their very huge selection of the frames. Michael had also guaranteed that my frames along with my lenses would be flawless! And they were. I eventually found myself needing contacts and they were able to provide a full medical and optometric exam. And of course they have a reliable team that taught me how to put on my contact lenses. When you go there, ask for Michael for your stylish needs.

This is my new go to spot, they are very professional. you wouldn’t expect it to be that busy because of the area, but they do great business! Every time I walked in someone was in there.
I’d also say it’s super clean, everything from signing in to the waiting area.
When I first went I was greeted by the doctor (Violetta) who ran like 6 different tests on my eyes, which I actually liked. I knew she wanted to get exact results, that would overall help me with the lens that would suit my eyes. She told me what I needed to do and even recommend a great doctor in the future when I do Lasik eye surgery.
