I like goodies. A typical Chinese bakery shop. Very nice choice for ya to grab some for breakfast.

This bakery was renovated and re-named Morning Glory. The new bakery still sells Chinese-style pastry but not using the same recipes. Miss some of the old Goodies recipes. Thnaks for your years of service!

I wish this Bakery was a little closer to were I live. We have none that are really in walking distance so we are forced to drive elsewhere to find baked goods. This place is pretty good. Fresh, good quality, and cheap. That’s a good combo IMO. Parking around this location isn’t very good though because it’s right next to a huge shopping center«which happens to have parking»

The best bakery… It’s been around as long as I can remember and there is a reason for that. The bread and buns are always best in the morning when they are fresh but also still good in the afternoon. The same kind old lady runs the place. I personally love the corn and ham, corn and onion buns but honestly, I’ve tried everything once and there was nothing I hated.

the lady is such a sweetheart and you can spend a dollar there and she’ll treat you like you’re her bestest customer!!! I like their buns more than the cakes. The pineapple bun fresh out of the oven is the bomb. Just the right amount of warm chewy goodness.

Love Love Love goodies i have been going there for many years since i was a teenager. I recently went for a visit because i moved out of the neighborhood and have no good chinese bakeries by me. Pork buns are good, egg custards are delish coconut buns are to die for. One thing i would change if i could would be the fact that they should sell some dim sum specialites like shu mai, and moonies, but otherwise i would leave it alone. YUMMY!!!

its an ok small bakery, breads, cookies, and several cakes. The cookies arent the best, some are too airy and crunchy and tastes weird. Havent tried the breads, but they look average. Most items are below $ 1.

I love Goodies! I enjoy getting the pork buns and my boyfriend loves the egg tarts and pork buns! They aren’t the best I’ve ever had, but better than most and I love supporting local! They are so nice and recognize us every time we come in and know what we want! :) Try the pork buns! YUM! :)

goodies are truly goodies! this small asian bakery is a hidden gem in the neighborhood. i always pass by because i was not excited with the looks of it. i mistaken — ‘you can’t judge the book by just its cover it-turns out. i finally made in and i’m glad i did. if you want simple food but will satisfy you, this is the place to grab quick, classic asian bread and regular coffee. now i know they can truly bake the bread right. it’s soft and chewy good — the way i like in a bread. i’m quite surprise because the bread stayed good for 2 days. it did not turn out hard. i rather go here than the asian bakery in austin st, forest hills. the old lady here knows how to bake it. i hand the roll to you. good job!

They have the standard chinese bakery items like egg custard tart, buns, cakes, and cookies. The prices are a bit higher than chinatown, flushing, and elmhurst but it’s saves you on metrocard fare if you live in the area. The lady behind the counter is very friendly.

This is a great little bakery. Their coffee is wonderful and is always fresh. They make really nice looking and great tasting cakes, which you can buy whole or by the slice. They also have very inexpensive chinese buns. The sweet buns and red bean buns are particularly good, as well as the egg custard tarts.
