Domino’s Pizza

I thought this place was pretty good.
Ordered at midnight, and came in about half an hour!
Couldn’t say the same about my common app essay though for college…

Like all the other 1 stars pizza came burnt and cold I requested a new one I waited from 7pm-​12 midnight every hour I called them they say is on the way and then the last person I spoke with said they didn’t get the order the $ 1 slice from anywhere else is way better let’s not order from here.

Workers don’t use gloves to make pizza. Also each slice has 2 mushrooms. Don’t be soo00 cheap

Will never order from here again. This dominos is a two minute walk from my apartment and it always takes over an hour for then to arrive. I’m pretty chill and I don’t fuss about things BUT THIS TIME. They didn’t ring my doorbell. I called them and asked them where my pizza was after an hour and a half and they said they tried to deliver. The woman told me it would take another 40 minutes to get the pizza. I then decided to order from a place much further away; I just finished my meal; it was delicious. Still no pizza and cinnamon sticks three hours later. NEVER ORDER HERE.

I’m editing my review because I ended up ordering Domino’s from here again. I wasn’t really hungry at the time so I knew that waiting 90 minutes wouldn’t be a problem if it took that long again like the last two times I ordered from this location.
Surprisingly, the delivery came within 30 minutes and the pizza turned out well. I upgraded my review to three stars from one; if I try this Domino’s again (specifically for dinner, because this purchase was for lunch) and they remain prompt and high quality, I’ll improve my review further.

Look, I like Dominos, as far as major-​chain pizza goes it’s pretty good. But this particular location is horrendous. On two separate occasions, the pizzas they gave me were sloppily put together, with blotches of cheese on some spots and virtually none on others. The whole pizza looked extremely flat as well. To top it off, I live one block away from this location, and it took over 90 MINUTES both times to get the pizza to me. Ridiculous. Never order from this location.

I popped in here the other night. I was getting my drink on next door at Tropix and I had the munchies. Now normally I wouldn’t ever think of buying pizza from a Domino’s but there wasn’t many options at that hour so I said what the heck. How bad could it be? Well guess what? It was pretty damned good and I made a special note in my head to remember the managers name because the customer service was outstanding. Her name was Ashley. Thank you Ashley and co-​workers for the great pizza and service!

Was waiting for the q38 and thought I’d grab a pizza. Wrong. No menu or pricing to be found anywhere in the store. Asked the cashier for a menu and she rudely slapped a coupon on the counter saying «you have to go online for the menu.» Well how does that help me when I’m standing in the store ready to give you my business here and now? I shouldn’t have to pull up the menu on my phone and use my data just bc you don’t want to print or post menus. Needless to say, I left immediately.

This place has the WORST Service!!! If I could give no stars I would!!! Waited over 85 min. Called the store 10 times and was hung up on each time after waiting on hold for 5 – 8 min each time, never getting to speak with anyone… FINALLY someone answered the phone. I told him I didn’t appreciate being hung up on time after time without getting to speak to anyone and his only answer was «sorry mam it’s busy» IS THAT AN EXCUSE TO HANG UP ON PEOPLE??? What kind of service is that? I canceled my order and will NEVER order from Dominos again!!!

Most of the times the pizza is made good, I do recall once or twice the pizza was eh but it’s whatever. Mainly a good experience here

Ordered online and took more than 1 hour…

How can you complain about dominos !! All you want in a pizza. They’ve never messed up my pizza toppings and always get me all my sauces. Also, they are nice on the phone ! I always order the 5.99 deal, it’s great.

I paid for a 3 topping pizza, got a two topping instead; the label on the box CLEARLY had 3 toppings on it. They gave me store credit, fine.
I ordered again using the store credit at 5. The guy told me 30 – 40 mins, no problem. It’s now 6:29. I just called the place to see the status of the pizza. I should mention that I had to call three times because they kept hanging up on me. The pizza is ready, but it will take 30 – 40 mins to deliver it. 80 mins for a pizza? Are you f*cking kidding me?
NEVER AGAIN.

Close this place down or give it someone who knows how to run it!!! I hope Domino’s management is reading this and will take away the franchise license from the incompetent people who are running this store. Waite 2 hours for my orders!!! 2 hours!!! You guys are a joke!!!

Just got my delivery. it’s a pile of cr*p. It felt down and they brought it like that. Never again will I order from this place! The manager tried to make it sound like it’s a normal thing that sometimes the pizza slides.wow. they should be closed down — how do you pick up the pizza and just pile it up like it’s a normal thing. I wouldn’t be surprised if he picked it up off the floor.

This is the only domino’s pizza need to be improved with everything. They don’t know how to make pizza!!! I’m not kidding. …

Worst service ever! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE.
I placed my order at 11:02PM and it was 12:20AM. i still didn’t get my food. When i tried to call them, they purposely kept on hold for 20 mins. After picking up the call, the girl was trying to explain it to me that, she was «Trying to HELP me by figuring out some problem». I am not sure how’s that my problem. Then, she just disappears and never answers the phone again. On my second attempt, the store manager picks up the phone and refuses to answer any of my questions, he was not even ready to tell me his name but has a heart to ask me «IF I want my food or no»? I would have appreciated some help from these guys and at least some courtesy. No, wonder the store in a need of new people and those who work there right now should be replaced rather trained in how to cook food and how to talk to people.
PLEASE DO ME FAVOR, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE AND SAVE YOURSELF A LOT OF TROUBLE.

This is beyond the worst Pizza place ever and I dont mean Dominos in general I mean this particular one, I called in for a sandwich and they said 40 minutes, fine I waited to the driver gets here the sandwich was 8.70 I hand him a 20 he hand me 7 although I had not counted it so I had him 5 ask him to give me 2 back that is when I realized that he gave me wrong change. Ok so I call the store and explain myself to the guy who was extremely rude he said let me send him back I said dont worry just add a credit he said ok so we do the math and he keeps doing the math wrong so I try to break it down to him and I said its not that serious. He then starts yelling at me dont F**ing tell me how to do math? I ask him really? You are yelling at me? He said yeah I am, so then I ask him what is his name and he responds dont worry about my f***ing name and says I am sending him back mind you I am calm the entire conversation he hangs up, so then I redial and I know they have caller Id and he doesnt answer my calls now I have this man coming at 1:30am who I didnt want to come back and this asshole yelling at me in the phone, now I will never order from here in the fear that this asshole will spit in my food. All I could give the man was $ 3 is it so wrong I called to explain the situation? I am furious right now because of how that unknown man treated me over the phone. I have had several bad experiences with them but this one by far tops it. These people need to learn how to run a business. Forgot to mention the man who I talked to over the phone was the manager.

Zero or negative… They expect you to walk down your apartment claiming delivery while the delivery guy sits in his car enjoying warm weather while I wait at the security in the lobby and goes back stating no one came downstairs to claim the pizza. I called the manager and the manager accuses me of being crazy and their business is busy today.
Horrible and terrible people to deal with., will never be doing business with them EVER.

Sorry Dominos, the 2 STARS are the staff. They are professional, and I observed washing hands, & being clean which is a a major issues for me.
However, I craved a slice of pizza, so I had to invite my nephews over & get a whole pie. Domino’s advertising claims to have «improved» NOT — I don’t think so. Anyone who claims this is PIZZA is addicted to bread with a few pieces of cheese on it. Pizza Hut is not better, but beat by 1 star. We HAVE NO REAL PIZZA SHOPS IN REGO PARK QUEENS MALL VICINITY

They won’t deliver. They claim they’re too far, though they’re just four minutes away. I could (and do!) walk there.
Generally, Dominoes pizza isn’t that bad though. Doesn’t taste like true, authentic NY pizza, but it’s not bad for fast food.
But seriously, these guys won’t ever deliver.
