Victoria, the customer service is way weak today. People are returning drinks and the wait times are way too long, my drink clocked in at 22 minutes and I only got it at all because I reminded them I ordered. The kids are having a great time but they have taken their eye off the ball. You deserve a lot better than this. Best of luck.

Absolutely in love with this place. Have already gotten their taro bubble tea 4 – 5 times. Idk if this is how taro is supposed to be or like the taro at coco bubble tea, but this one is delicious none the less. It’s a little more textured than other places but it’s definitely what makes it great(as weird as that sounds). I also tried their Vietnamese coffee which they make with coffee ice cubes so it’s never diluted with water. The coffee was nice and strong. Will def be trying their teas next

Awesome service and great product! The staff are always so nice and friendly and eager to assist you and the drinks are either a nice pick me up after a long day or a great starter to a new day. Only criticism I really have is that there’s so many items to choose from. Which isn’t necessarily a bad thing.

The tapioca bubbles are the only thing i like from what i got today. The cashier said it was the original taro powder, but it was totally unexpected. There was so much of the original taro parts in it, it wasnt what i wanted. If i knew it was full of the pulp or whatever you call the concentration from taro, i would have ordered just the original milk bubble tea :(. Place seems pretty clean, and location and drinks are very original however :) The worker: Daniel was very friendly and nice.

I came here with high expectations since it is close to my school however I left so disappointed! I ordered a taro smoothie first of all was non dairy and it was grainy! It literally tasted like powder and water not creamy or smooth like its suppose to be hence, SMOOTHIE. There isn’t even a note or sign that says its non dairy. My colleagues also ordered from here neither on of them enjoyed their drinks nor finished. I would not recommend this place! Waste of money and time there is a much better spot nearby on grand ave called Coco. Do not waste your time here!

Must really give their Thai iced tea and Taiwanese shaved ice a try. It’s made with the perfect ratios of milk to sugar and ice ratio. The shaved iced is also really good! I’ve been having a shaved ice craving recently and could not find a café that made it. What do ya know? It was right under my nose this entire time. For only $ 3.75, you get a medium sized ice with condensed milk and two toppings of your choice. I went with the grass jelly and red bean– just the perfect balance to even out the sweetness. It’s summertime so what better way to cool down than to have bubble tea or iced dessert?

Love the décor here. Place is designed like the inside of a subway station. They pulled out all the stops. Came here while on a casual stroll with the spouse and was craving bubble tea. Haven’t had it in a long time but figured I’d try this place. We got the taro tea with extra bubbles due to the Unilocal check in and it was tasty. Not to heavy on the sugar and cold, just in time for the summer heat. They also sell dessert there.

Their tea is amazing. They are hand crafted and use the finest brewing knowledge for the tea. Their tapioca pearls are always the perfect texture. They’re never too squishy nor too hard. I also love the subway theme they have going on and they are always adding new types of tea. Not many you’d find in other places. The owners are extremely friendly!

I came here with my friend and had high expectations but the bubble tea was honestly just bad. I looked at their menu and saw they had the milk tea lattes, in which I asked and they said they don’t use milk powder like the regular bubble teas but rather they use real milk and tea. Okay so it should be good right? WRONG The drink was SOOOO watered down and literally tastes like sugar water. I asked for 50% sugar and the guy said ok, but I’m pretty sure the drink was 100% sugar. It was WAY too sweet and the tapioca was bland and smaller, the drink was just so bad because the milk tea I make at home myself tastes even better than that. Why pay $ 4 for this when I can just make better milk tea at home for like, $ 0.05? I’m sticking to Kung fu tea, best bubble tea place ever. If I do come back, I’m only getting the regular boba

Stopped in after passing by a million times. I got a Lychee GreenTea with Tapioca, my «better half» got the Beauty Tea, which is a kind of Oolong Tea. They make the tea fresh here, so you don’t get the TeaDonald’s aftertaste of the Flushing, K-Town and Elmhurst bubble tea factories. The Owner, David, is very friendly and is from the area. You can chat with him while you chill and drink your tea. They have free wi-fi so you can stay connected on your phone or tablet. The décor is a fun subway theme and the chairs and tables are much more comfortable than they look at first. I’ll be back regularly for my coffee and tea fixes.

I go here at least 3 times a week! They have a friendly staff, great coffee, quick service, and a nice atmosphere. This area needed a hip, new place like Chatime. I highly recommend checking this place out. You won’t regret it! Colombian coffee=perfection

Ever since this place opened I don’t want to go anywhere else for bubble tea. The green tea is amazing and not too sweet, and the taro bubble tea is the best I’ve ever had. Also, try out their coconut jelly! The service is really amazing no matter when I go and you can tell they’re putting in the extra effort since they’re new. Definitely my favorite bubble tea place by far.

Amazing service. Workers are so friendly. I had the pleasure of meeting David, I felt I was welcomed as a friend. Bubble tea here is by far one of the best I have ever had. I am tired of having to make the long trek to flushing or Roosevelt to get quality bubble tea. It is great to have a local shop in Rego Park, I absolutely will be coming back here.

This Chatime has tea to the same caliber of all Chatimes. I would give it four stars for the boba. However, the staff here is über friend and even let us use the bathroom when the policy states that they don’t. I had the taro milk iced tea with royal jelly and it tasted great. Not too sweet! The décor isn’t the most amazing but is well themed as a destination. There are tons of subway references and diagrams. The establishment is extremely clean with good upkeep.

This is going to be the best spot during the Spring and Summertime for their delicious iced drinks! I ordered a hot chocolate once and it was more water than cocoa but I love their Mango Green Tea and Kumquat Lemon Tea!!! I would definitely recommend this place for anyone who loves teas!

This new location got me mad hyped! I’m so glad there is finally a bubble tea spot near me. Now I don’t have to go to flushing or elmhurst to get my bubble tea fix. I think this is a little different than the other Chatime. This is chatime station. It seems like it’s it has a lot of different flavors which I have yet to try but will be trying in the near future. Also I saw they had snacks too. The décor is very appropriate and unique. It’s a NYC subway theme shop and it’s pretty cool. I guess that is why they call it chatime station. Except it is wayyyyyy too clean to be the NYC subway. It’s got a very nice vibe. The staff is more than welcoming. The lady that took my order was very friendly and helpful. That alone will have me going back. I’ve only gotten their bubble milk tea and it’s pretty good. I don’t really have a high standard when it comes to bubble tea. I just don’t like hard to chew tapioca and thank god this place doesn’t have those. Standard bubbles and the milk tea isn’t too sweet. To be honest it’s just nice that I don’t have to go out of my way to get bubble tea in a less clean and more crowded place. I will definitely be back!

It’s nice to see a bubble tea shop in the Rego Park area without having to go all the way to Elmhurst! I was excited to try Chatime Station ever since I saw the place under construction and since they have opened, my boyfriend and I have been returning customers without fail. The staffs are friendly and the interior is uniquely designed to mimic the signs of the subway station. The tables have the subway maps so if you’re ever lost in the area, I guess you know where to find a map! My boyfriend and I have tried a couple of their drinks including the Taro Milk Tea, Regular Milk Tea, Banana Milk tea and regular coffee. I definitely like the classic and taro milk tea the most(maybe because I’m Asian.) but none of the drinks taste like it has been watered down. You’re able to adjust your sugar and ice content as well so it helps if you’re watching your sugar intakes. There’s a reward punch card that you can use for each drink purchase so that when you reach a certain number of drinks purchases, you get a free drink. Same idea as the Starbucks card but it’s just not electronic. :) Will definitely be returning again– probably this weekend! Maybe I’ll give the online order a go so I don’t have to wait for my drink at the shop.

First time trying out bubble tea from here and I loved it!!! I got a mango green tea bubble tea and it tasted much better than any other place I’ve gotten it from! Definitely not watered down juice and they’re not cheap with the tapioca like others! Oh and they have a super friendly staff :)

Surprise bubble tea find in Rego Park. I’ve never seen an Asian bubble tea place in the area until I passed by Chatime. Simple Transit themed tea spot but their teas hit the spot. I had the Matcha tea latte and the Chinese Tiegyuensomethingsomething tea latte and they were delish. Spot also had free WiFi which is a must nowadays. The owner gave me a card and told me that we could order on the subway and have it ready for pick up by the time we arrive. That’s pretty neat. My son and wife came. I’ve never heard my son so excited about bubble tea-he’s only two and a half. He wanted more of our tea. Haha. Definitely a jewel of a find. I’m definitely going back.

This place is dope. First, the main event of any business is the actual product that they dole out and everything that I purchased here was delicious. I had the Vietnamese Coffee and it was strong and sweet with that delicious condensed milk flavor just making my tummy happy. I got my wife the Iced Matcha and she was thrilled with the quality of what she received. You could tell that this wasn’t something pre-made and put into a pitcher but was actually made fresh to order. We also had the tea eggs which were a delicious snack to have and brought me back to my childhood wandering Flushing or Chinatown with my mom and eating them while she shopped for groceries. Second, the décor is amazingly well thought-out. With it’s convenient location to the train station, their subway theme is genius and you can tell they put a lot of effort and care into what they presented to their customers. The tasteful and nostalgic photo mural of a classic train car, the benches that look as if torn from the 7 train, the subway maps screenprinted on the tables, the stanchions and hand rail that line the outer window, the train station signs emblazoned on the walls… and I’m sure that they’re not done yet and still are thinking of ideas to please their customers as they walk in. It’s a great concept and I think that most people will appreciate it when they walk in. Next, the service was a delight. The owners were here the day we came in and they were a pleasure to talk to. They had no hesitation to answer any questions we had about their daunting selection and telling us about how they’re locals to the area and how hard they had to work to accomplish opening this establishment. Support small business and franchise owners people!

I’m a Queens native, born and raised. This Chatime’s Queens subway line theme — from the station plaques and photography, MTA maps embedded into the tables, and right down to the seating along the wall — was enough to make me smile. Then I ordered. I had one crazy son in tow, and he was made to feel right at home. I picked up drinks for my older kids(and me and mom, too) to bring home. I dropped them on the dining room table and took five minutes to get ready to go back out with the whole family… and came back out to see empty large bubble tea containers and big smiles on my kids’ faces. I have plenty of closer bubble tea shops around my way(I live in Flushing), but I will definitely go out of my way to return to this location.

The best bubble tea in queens! My new weekly spot for my bubble tea fix. They make every drink fresh, have a huge selection of drinks(2016 goal; try every drink on the menu) and have free Wi-Fi. Atmosphere is clean and simple with a subway theme(wish the subway was this clean) and you are always greeted with a smile from the staff. If you are in the area this is the place to go.

Was shopping nearby and decided to drop in because I love bubble tea. I realized how bad my local place is as I enjoyed a large Chatime version of iced Peach Bubble Tea. Have to admit that I try to go every weekend. My husband loved the hot chocolate drink, and he never likes anything! This place makes me wish I lived in Queens. It’s worth the bridge toll! :)

I live nearby, and this place has become a regular stop for me. The best part of this place is the people for sure. The drinks being made-to-order every time doesn’t hurt, either. The drinks themselves taste as good or better as in Japan and China, the level of effort they put in really pays off. Another review complains the drinks are too sweet, so here’s the secret to a perfect drink: just let them know what you like. Every drink is hand-made anyway, so there’s no harm in letting them make it the way you like. Is this place consistently good? Yes. The *only* time something in my order was wrong, they noticed(I didn’t), and when I came back the next day, they gave me two for free to make up for it. The level of service and quality is absurd. I don’t know how they turn a profit.

My favorite is the Hot Taro milk tea. The three times that I’ve got it, it’s consistent and thick. It tastes fresh and it’s always piping hot. Service is friendly at this spot and it’s bright and clean. There’s also plenty of seating. I’m glad to have this bubble tea place nearby the shops at Rego Park.

Finally a legit bubble tea spot in Rego Park! Had to check it out. Simple, clean décor with a NYC Subway theme. Service was great, very friendly folks behind the counter. Really liked my tea latte — not too sweet and freshly brewed tea.

A new bubble tea spot in the heart of Rego Park! The hubs and I stumbled upon this newly opened café during their soft opening the weekend before Thanksgiving. The service was friendly and the store was clean. You can tell they were still working out some kinks but that’s what soft openings are for! They offer a nice variety of drinks and ample seating for those that wish to grab a seat and enjoy their drinks in-store. You can also tailor the level of sweetness to your liking. The décor is pretty unique modeled after the MTA subway carts and seating very similar to a train. A great new addition to the neighborhood!

I love the fact that a bubble tea location opened a couple blocks away from my home. The décor is all about NYC transit with tables to sit down if needed. I really wanna like this place but the drinks are literally candy. What I mean is that both drinks had a lot of sugar. Chatime, please use less sugar and your product will sell itsself.
