I’m always hesitant to come to this location because the drive thru is so slow! I’m a very patient person and usually don’t mind but I was thrown off seeing how the employee seemed to be having a conversation/laughing with the people in the car in front of me, without them even buying anything. He apologized afterwards but I had to wait even more for him to get my drink. Nonetheless, I’ve never had a bad experience going inside. Seems to get busy with students a lot(since the college and highschool are so close) but the environment feels great and people are friendly. My only concern is the drive thru.

We have always had good service at starbuck’s, both inside and drive through. The atmosphere is relaxed and comfortable and has always been clean when we visit, and it smells soooo good! Love the Carmel frappé and hot Carmel macchiato delish!

This Starbucks has made a complete 180° change for the better. Recently management changed and so did everything that was wrong with this location. It was very obvious this Starbucks was lacking in many areas and I believe our Unilocal reviews helped to make the needed changes! Stop by and see for yourself! This is a top notch Starbucks!

I’m not sure why there are so many complaints to this location. I, however love this location. I am always treated nicely by the employees, because I am nice to them as well. I feel most of the people complaining are really pushy, monotone, and just overall snooty people. My drinks have never been messed up or mixed up, and sometimes the lobby can get some trash on the floor, but hey, it being a starbucks, next a college, and high school, I understand that it can get dirty. Obviously people can’t take those things into consideration. The restrooms are always clean, and they always have the A/C cranked high(just the way I like it). I literally have to bring a sweater, even in the dead of summer, if I plan on hanging out in there for a while. Some of the baristas have taken the time to get know me, and I really appreciate it. It makes me feel like I’m visiting friends, rather than just going to get a coffee. I feel most people who review this place are impatient, and don’t understand that the employees are people too. Treat them with respect and you will receive the respect right back. Also, if you don’t like it, nobody is forcing you to go there. :)

THEWORST customer service ever! I felt like I was inconveniencing the girl running the register by ordering a drink and some pastries. Not one word was spoken to me other than«can I help you?» The girl literally kept walking away as I ordered and was being so rude. I even had to grab my own receipt because she just walked away when I finished ordering. I normally keep my mouth shut in cases like this but I literally had to tell a fellow co worker of hers to get her off the register since she was so unpleasant and I’m sure everyone in line behind me felt her negativity. It’s unfortunate the tiara she was wearing on her head didn’t make her any more pleasant. If she hates her job so much, do us a favor and quit. We don’t want you ruining our days as much as you doing your job correctly ruins yours.

I always get the rudest service by this girl named Crystal, it’s as if she’s upset at me that she has a job. She never says«hello» «can I help you» «how are you?» I’m sorry if I’ve upset you by asking for a black coffee, but, isn’t my coming here giving you a paycheck?

I go to Starbucks a lot… and this is quite possibly the dirtiest places I have seen. Paper on the floor, the pastry area window is disgusting, like they wiped down with a dirty rag… The employees were having a conversation before attending to the customers… just terrible.

Having to wait more than 20 minutes for a simple drink is always the case at this Starbucks. When you ask for a caramel macchiato & get a response, «we have no caramel» or instead get your drink with a little drizzle, is very disappointing. Been to other Starbucks and all of the workers combined work faster than the Reedley employees. & don’t get me started on the rude barista that never ever smiles

If we could give it 0 stars we would. I don’t like having to wait 15 minutes in the drive-thru just for them to get my order wrong. It doesn’t matter if you are inside or in the parking lot, this place takes forever. Go to MCC Café instead.

Slowest Starbucks ever. Most of the time the staff is kind, but wow are they slow. The manager needs to be replaced or retrained.

Been sitting in the drive-through for 15 minutes. When I arrived there were only five cars in front of me. After 15 minutes there are now three cars in front of me. I am not quite sure why it takes so long at this Starbucks as opposed to other Starbucks especially in a much busier place like Fresno. I am just glad that I only come to Reedley every so often and only need Starbucks from here every so often, oh well… And now I wait…

Slowest drive thru ever. Every time. Unfortunately it’s the only drive thru coffee place in town.

Been going here for years. The staff is clearly overworked, but there’s still good times to be had. Plus, they’ve sort of got a corner on the market, as there are no nearby coffee shops to speak of.

Worst service I have ever seen at a Starbucks. I work in Reedley and will forever make sure I get my Starbucks before leaving Fresno to avoid having to support this location. As far as I know, it is the only Starbucks in town and I guess that is why the store does not promote taking care of the customer. I came in just before lunch, there were three baristas standing around talking while a fourth was trying to fix a customer problem. It took almost 10 minutes for the three to finish their conversation and decide to ask if they could start something for me. I then had to wait another 5 minutes before one of them decided they knew how to operate a register and let me pay for my drink and sandwich. While I’m waiting, the other customer that was there had a problem with some gift cards and apparently the manager in the back office was too busy to come out and help a team of children who clearly do not know how to work unsupervised. It should be noted the three were working the drive through, but since I didn’t go through there I have no idea if that is faster/better service. Seems like it might be, but I’ll never know since this store will never have my business again.

What has 12 legs and takes 20 minutes to make you the wrong drink? The crew at the Reedley Starbucks. I don’t know what happened, because this place used to be good. Maybe there’s new management and they get pissed at the sight of a satisfied customer and they’re like, «Screw those guys! I know how to wipe the smiles off of their faces! Hey snobby girl with no discernible skill who is taking selfies because you’re in love with yourself, come here. You’re hired. Do whatever the heck you want. I’ll hire all your Facebook friends, too.» There used to be 2 or 3 people working so fast you could only see the blue of them moving, nailing your drink order every time. I was happy to see the size of the crew bumped up to 5 to 7 most of the time. It was too much for the number of people they had before even though they somehow managed. Unfortunately they seem to now only hire people who are probably intelligent enough to do their job, but they couldn’t give less of a crap. This works out to you having to wait forever while they talk and meander about, basking in the glow of their own magnificence, until they feel like making you a drink. I usually put a pot roast in the oven before I go so I’ll have a nice hot dinner ready for me when I get home. But finally that glorious moment comes when you hear your name. You grasp that drink and put it to your lips, only to find out they made you the wrong thing, or they made the right drink but it tastes like crap. I’ve been ordering the same thing at Starbucks since I discovered it about 16 years ago: large white mocha. It’s freaking amazing. I used to order it in Reedley too, but I’ve had to change that because now, after asking me six times if I want it hot and me replying yes, they make me something that tastes like it was tapped out of a wildebeest’s butt hole. I told them a couple times it didn’t taste right and they asked me what it needs. Like I’m going to know. I don’t know. I don’t know what’s in it in the first place. If I knew I would just make one at home and save myself an hour waiting in line and then waiting on them to make the dang thing. It needs to not taste terrible. I still see the members of the old crew from time to time so I know they still work there, and they’re still awesome. But they aren’t there too often anymore, so your odds of that drink you just dropped five bucks on being made correctly, and in a timely fashion, are pretty slim.

Came in here to buy a cup of coffee and asked for a large cup of water. The lady in the black apron«Yvette»(might have been Yvonne) told me that they can’t give out large cups of water. I told her I’d pay for the cup and she said, No we only give out small cups of water, some places only give you a tiny little cup, ours is a little bigger though. For perspective my iPhone is taller than the cup she gave me. Its 100 degrees outside in Reedley and a paying customer can’t even get a big cup of water with their purchase here?! Eek! Methinks not

This is the only Starbucks in Reedley and I have no choice, but to get my coffee fix here. The service is ok sometimes, the employees are nice, but that’s not the problem. The problem is that the drinks are often different and the thing is I always order the same drink. I go there about 3 times a week hoping for a mocha frappuccino that will come out the way it’s suppose to. A mocha frap that has the dark mocha color, mocha taste and some sweetness. I guess I was hoping for too much, because what I got was a venti cream frappuccino. Like for reals it’s white, that doesn’t look like mocha and it definitely didn’t taste like it. Straight milk, cream frap. They’re not consistent with their barista skills. They should retrain some of the baristas. 1 stars for the service, but I go there mainly for the drinks. sometimes I order tea. The tea is always good, so maybe they just have a problem making mocha frappuccinos.

Before you read the review, it is important to note that my lady and I are frequent customers(1 – 2 times a week). They know what drinks we want(a very specific drink called an undertow, one that a lot of baristas at other locations are unfamiliar with) and they start it up as we walk to the register. We usually get that and another drink, and i’m always happy with the drinks. One barista even has a few experimental drinks that are a real treat! They are always polite, and drinks are of standard quality to other places. The reason why this review was not a perfect score was because once in a while, we get this female barista who is really snarky and practically refuses to learn specialty drinks she is unfamiliar with(heard her say so to another employee there after we ordered drinks). I wished we remembered her name, but we’ll avoid her like the plague
