I have been getting my eyebrows done here by Anna for about 8 years now she is the best hands down the best in the valley!!!

I’m gonna have to give this spot one star. Solely because the lady who did my nails was super rude and I didn’t really like the way they came out. I asked for a coffin cut and my nails don’t look anything like coffins lol
Also when I was done paying the girl who did my nails literally threw my card at me and I still said thank you to be polite and she just walked away. I really wish I got the girls name so I can warn you guys about her lol all I know is she was in chair #5. But the only good thing was I only paid $ 37 for a full set. Other than that I probably won’t be going there again.

Great service, it does get busy and they take a long time but hey if you want quality this is the spot!

Anna and Lucy are the best ever! No chipping, no lifting, and beautiful! I drive from Exeter to get my nails done, worth the hour drive!

Long wait but so what — they do awesome work! My nails look amazing and no chipping or problems. I can’t wait to go back!

Some HUGE language barriers here to get through. Spent 5minutes asking for ‘white glitter acrylic’ and being told they didn’t have it, not because they didn’t but because it wasn’t understood. Spent 2.5 hours having them decorated in tip if the glitter with paint in a polkadot pattern because what I wanted was «too hard» got the technician I got. I asked if I could wait for another and they told me no. I’ve paid up
To $ 85 for specialty art, so waiting would have been completely acceptable. 1^st) if you get the RIGHT technician the artwork is AMAZING! If not you get polkadots. 2^nd) I suggest a drawing it exact picture of what you want with the colors to help with the language barrier. 3^rd) despite the frustration, my nails will last 1 month easy with no chips or lifting. I’m a seamstress and work with my hands and wash them multiple times a day. This IS the place for longevity, but be in you ‘Zen’ place before you get here!

Never come back again. Rude, impolite and on top of that they told me 10 mins wait and I was waiting over an hour. They do have a lot of people working there but they move like turtles. I pedicure took over an hour and half. I would appreciated it if my massage was longer. They took over an hour just trimming my cuticles which I know I don’t have that much. I get a pedicure fine regularly. She cut me and after I said ouch she started speaking to her coworkers about something from the look on their faces I think they were talking about me. She did not offer an apology or try to stop my bleeding. My injured toe started to throb so bad the next day. I got an infection from it. Took it a couple weeks to heal. I’m so scared to go back there.

Love this place. Cindy is a great technician. Definitely would recommend to others. Facility is clean and space is comfortable.

Nail World employees provide excellent services for eyebrows on down to ones toes!!! All of the employees are extremely hard working and do their best to try and help everyone that walks through their door. There is always a wait, but if you are a regular customer, you know this. Not wonderful, not terrible… i probably won’t come back. You can tell they have there regulars. It was my first time there.

Unless you like to wait over an hour for any type of services. Even with appointments you will wait. They will tell you its 15 minutes and an hour later you’ll still be there. NO customer service. BAD EXPERIENCE EVERYTIME I GO IN. An hour wait for eye brow waxing. Wait time is not worth their service.

This place is awesome! All the workers are great! They are incredibly busy at the usual times like Friday & Saturday afternoons. They do amazing 3-​D nail art! Gels! RockStars! They do it all! They also do waxing, if that’s what you want you should make an appointment. They also do great permanent make up! I’ve been going here for a year and wish I would have found it sooner.
