I was extremely disappointed by my experience. I had visited their boutique at the Rosewood Hotel in Menlo Park and was charmed by the woman working there. She was extremely personable. I thought I should visit the larger store so I’d be able to see more of a selection. I met with Timothy and my experience was the exact opposite. He was very unpleasant and didn’t even smile when he came in. I have bought high end jewelry in the past and have never encountered such bad customer service. They sell beautiful jewelry but I’ll be looking elsewhere.

Husband bought my engagement ring and band here. Worked with Inga on design. She worked with his budget and I swear my engagement ring looks like it’s worth 3x as much! I love it! I had to go back to resize my ring — I think my husband thought my shoe size was my ring size, LOL. It’s good to call ahead so they know when to expect you. Super fast turnaround time and great service. Also went back a 2^nd time because I lost a small stone in the «halo» part of the setting– probably at work, from changing gloves so much. They replaced my stone, had to reinforce a few prongs, gave it to me all shiny and new no charge. Still a large rock in a dainty setting, which is just my style. Inga is great, very personable. I could never go back to a mall jeweler after getting such top notch treatment and valuable service here. I think it would be best to have an idea of what you want before coming– so shop around, then make an appt here. The showroom is small and elegant but I believe they can order or make whatever you want. I can’t wait to come back again!

My fiancé and I went here after an interesting (and by interesting I mean shady) experience at the Shane Co. It was like eating a Filet-​o-​Fish and then eating a filet mignon-​the two don’t even come close to comparing. S.H. Silver has a beautiful showroom, incredible estate pieces, and top notch customer service. My ring is absolutely gorgeous and we couldn’t be happier with the experience we had with Inga.

This place is awesome! My fiancé bought an engagement ring from some store in New York and dealt entirely through the phone. The ring came with GIA papers and everything, but I was just paranoid so we looked for a place that can check it out for us. We called S.H.Silver Co. and the lady said she would do it for free! we showed up, she matched the ring to the GIA paper and said it was legit, and she even cleaned it for me! Super nice since I wasn’t even a customer.
While we were there, I saw some of their designs and they are very unique and beautiful. I will be checking them out again when we purchase our wedding bands.

Ive been buying jewelry from SH Silver for years. Aside from the top notch service, a real understanding of what you are looking for and a great ability to either have or create what you need, the end result is that the person that you are buying for really likes what you got them.

My fiancé came here when he was picking out an engagement ring for me. They are an «upstairs» jeweler so they don’t have a store front. (You need to contact them for an appointment). Their showroom feels more like an elegant living room where you can just relax. Their personal service is impeccable, and not pushy. They have unique beautiful pieces that you can’t find anywhere-​most of them estate. Because they do not have the overhead of a normal jewelry store they can get you Tiffany quality gems at 20−30% less. They have designers that can create a custom piece for you too. A much nicer experience then Cartier or Tiffany’s.
