Round Table Pizza

Just got a pizza delivery that was completely wrong. When we called they refused to redeliver a new pizza and insisted that we be credited only. After much back and forth, they reluctantly agreed. Absolutely did not show an ounce of remorse for their mistake. Deplorable customer service.

Dark, depressing, disgusting and disinterested. We live close by and my kids love Round Table, so every couple months we go eat at this location — always against my better judgement. Tonight was as bad as always. The pizza is good — can’t mess up a franchise recipe I guess. But the physical restaurant is horrible. Ugly green walls, inadequate lighting, two tiny TV’s that show more telenovelas than sports, and bathrooms that are so nasty you can smell them when you walk in the front door. The customer service here is consistently poor… and for these prices you’d think they would bend over backward to help you… but they couldn’t care less about their customers. This is the model for absentee franchise ownership.

I was looking for a wifi and I noticed that there is a RoundTable-​guest so I walked in and don’t want to use the wifi without buying anything, I bought a personal pizza and a drink.
When I was asking if there is anything wrong with the wifi I was met by Dora, the manager, and she was cold and rude. I thought that maybe she was just having a bad day so I nicely said that I only wanted to use the wifi but didn’t want to use without bringing business to the store. She replied with «You should have asked before doing your order.» I can’t believe she said that more so since she’s the manager. I let it slide and went back to my table.
She followed me on the table and showed me her phone that the wifi was working. I was floored on this gesture. By now I can only say that she must really have a bad day but she is the manager.
When my food was brought by the same girl I ordered to, I tried to ask if everything was okay and she just turned her back without replying.
I decided to leave my pizza and drink on the table untouched and left the store.

Horrible ordered one medium pizza One they said one hour wait I said okay fine one hour later I call they said o yeah driver had something wrong with car to please give 20 more mins okay I call 20mins later, oh yea driver had been on its way that in 15mins he was here okay 15 mins pass I call he was like I’m sorry I’ll give u 15% discount and he said pizza is fresh okay which was only2 $ off .5 more mins I said if in 5 mins he wasn’t here I will call again. I told him if I would of known this was a 2 hour wait u would of ordered somewhere else 5 mins pass I call guy it’s like I’m sorry but I can’t do anything would u like to cancel I say no bc I have been waiting 2 hours already he said but don’t worry pizza is fresh it’s not old I’ll give u 50% off okay. Now driver got here he’s car full of pizzas apologizing he said sorry I have 7 orders on with me I said it’s okay they should hire someone to help with orders that drives too.

They never answer their phone!

We have given them numerous chances but tonight was it. ⁹⁄₁₀ times our order is wrong. The customer service is horrendous. The guys look at you like your speaking an alien language and the women have a fowl attitude. The manager is ALWAYS in the office on the phone. Maybe if she stuck her head out and managed, things would run better. We’re done. We have Amici’s, Pizza My Heart, Speederia and RTP in Meno Park. No reason to ever give our money to them ever again!

Not the nicest/​cleanest Roundtable but still the same GREAT pizza. I wouldn’t pick this location to dine in at. But always my favorite pizza! Ordered online and picked up at the restaurant. It said 20 minutes and it was ready in exactly 20 minutes.

Commonly have a 1 – 2 HOUR delivery time. Commonly deliver up to 45 minutes earlier OR later than quoted delivery time. This has resulted in us receiving a cold pizza a number of times, probably from the drivers having to take triples. Drivers are very friendly though but the rest of their customer service experience is pretty poor. Food is good, like all Round Tables’.

I ordered 24 chicken wings online. When I picked up they only gave me 16. We went back and she said they’re all in there you miscounted. Once we got home we didn’t miss count! There were only 16 and they also tasted burned! Never again will I go to this round table.

Ordered two large pizzas for pick up! Order was ready 5 minutes early! Perfect timing and great pizza!

Sorry, didn’t even get to order anything. Was fourth in line during lunch, but with one guy on register and no help, I could see it would take a long time for me to get to the front of the line. Not sure why they don’t have lunch help available. Only two tables were occupied in that big place, no wonder. Where is owner or manager to oversee this place? Also, parking is a nightmare in that center. People are parking all different ways because there are no visible lines. Talk about accident waiting to happen.

My family and I were in the mood for a pizza night! We haven’t had round table in a while but decide to dine in. As I was looking through the menu we were greeted kindly by a man named Alvaro (according to receipt) I was not ready to order so I kept browsing through the menu. He suggested the Maui Zaui special and I must say it was very delicious. I ordered half of it with the Polynesian sauce and half with the garlic cream white sauce. Overall, we were very satisfied with our pizza as well as our service!

All ways check your take out order because there is a better than ⁵⁰⁄₅₀ chance it will be wrong.

I started eating Round Table pizzas in Los Altos in very early ‘60s. So delicious! I can still taste them. Round Table Pizza was always the best back then. Always fresh, amazing sauce, crust was perfection, cheese was all white cheese and runny. Yum! Then, I don’t know what happened. Well, yellow cheese came into the mix. Yuck! I do appreciate that some people really do like it. That’s cool, but they should offer a choice.
The thing is… about an hour or so ago my son picked up our pepperoni pizza from the Woodside Plaza Round Table and it was without a doubt one of the worst pizzas I’ve ever had. What’s going on? The crust was good on the bottom, but flat and separated. Doughy tasting too. Gross! Layered pizza crust? Eeehhh! Wrong! It wasn’t worth eating. Thing is, neither of us wanted to drive all the way back with it and then wait for another. We just tossed it! Going to have to think twice before going back there from now on.

best round table I have been to for years. they cook the best pizza. A+ in my book. $ for $ this is the best pizza, I am coming back.

I grew up in a Redwood City and this Round Table location was always my favorite. We usually order delivery and it’s good. We decided to dine in for the first time in years.
I wish I hadn’t gone there in person because I was disappointed. The place seems rundown and old. The pizza was okay so I guess my review is mostly on the shape and mood of this location.

Last honest pizza, give me a break! This place is a joke.
I ordered a pizza for pickup. I got home and realized they gave me the wrong pizza. I called the place and the guy (who mind you when I picked up, I reconfirmed what I ordered) said to come back and he would will fix me what I originally ordered. Oh, but first he quizzed me if I was sure I didn’t order pepperoni — um yes I’m sure, I had veggie toppings only. Anyway, instead of offering to deliver it and correct the matter, he told me to come back and to keep the wrong pizza on the house. Then he had the audacity to call 5 minutes later as I am down my street to BRING THE WRONG ONE! As if I am running a pizza scam operation.
They are a rip off compared to other local chains in the hood and their customer service is painfully horrible.
I used to excuse their crappy service because the pizza was decent but I will never set foot in this place again.
PS When you walk in, it smells horrendous. Like you’ve walked into a chemical cleaners den.
Don’t say I didn’t warn you.

I must say– I think that Round Table has one of my FAVORITE salad bars EVER!!!
Great vegetables. big quantities. freshness. AWESOME price. I am verrrry health conscious. A big salad bar makes me happy. I can literally eat most of a large pizza without even thinking about it (hence being health conscious) therefore, if my family or someone I am with wants Pizza, then I usually beg for the biggest salad that I can find, Round Table fits the bill.
It’s not gourmet, or even that NICE for the most part. But sometimes a girl needs a BIG piece of pizza. It’s pretty cheap. It’s close to my house. And they’re fast. This isn’t a place that I go for Italian, thin crust, gourmet pizza. There are lots of places near here that offer that. But this is good.
A lot of my childhood memories were sitting in this round table as a kid and preteen. I’ve never found anything to be wrong with the food and the staff is just fine. Good place in my opinion.

The pizzas from here are perfect RTP pizzas. The service wasn’t friendly but oh well.
The Triple Play Pepperoni is my favorite pizza on earth.
