Man this place has really let me down. I have ordered food to have delivered and for pickup and both ways they manage to screw up! I mean how hard can it be to cook some jalapeño poppers? I picked up a pizza, burger, fries and jalapeño poppers when I got home the poppers where not cooked! I had to cooked them what a waste of money I was so tired cooking was not on my plans. Thanks a lot!

This location is closed last Tuesday, they moved to 774 El Camino Real San Carlos. New location is nice looking and brighter but no private room for parties. Has 4 big screen TV and 8 small ones.

About 3 weeks ago we ordered 2 different types of pizza and they both had a lot in common. ALLDOUGH, Under done and the lack of toppings? They should call it Desert Mike’s uncooked gluten cake. Never again! I highly recommend if you want to be disappointed.

The $ 8 lunch buffet gets you a MOUNTAIN of pizza, salad bar, and drink. Eight bucks! After a few slices, though, your BELLY becomes the mountain… This is a solid 4-star experience if: * You come with a group of friends. * You come hungry and add BEER. * You don’t repeat the experience again for a good 3 months. So four times a year, max! MM’s quickly degrades to a 2 – 3 star experience if you come back within a month… * The pizza toppings at lunch are downright RANDOM: Hawaiian-mushroom with bacon on the left; Sausage and mushroom/cheddar scraps; Just-Kidding-Veggie with burger meat. * When you’re sober and alone, you somehow feel more GROSS after a pizza buffet. I only ate 4 small-to-medium slices and I felt unnngggghhhh(stay away from the caesar dressing). Tips: * Don’t sit near the bathroom. * Come at a peak time like Friday when fresh pizzas are constantly coming out of the oven. * If you love sports, this place is the SPOT. 2 big monitors with the NFL channel and ESPN playing. * Do not order an XL multi-topping pizza delivery. It might set you back 50 So has enough time passed since your last pizza buffet? Sweeeet! Grab some chums and kick down the door at Mountain Mike’s!

Horrible food tastes like elementary school cafeteria. Go to 7 – 11 for better pizza and a better dining experience. I think I am sick. $ 34 for serve yourself small pizza and awful spaghetti.

Worst wings I’ve ever had in my life. They didn’t taste fresh and it was like they were sitting in the freezer for days. I can settle for ok wings, but these are just bad. I can’t comment on the pizza but seeing how disgusting these are, I won’t be back to figure out how the pizza tastes! Yuck, yuck, yuck… I can’t even finish them lol

We ordered takeout from Mountain Mike’s for the first time. The pizza was fair, really just mediocre. The service was terrible. Considering the(poor) quality of the ingredients, the pizza was overpriced and doughy.

About 3 weeks ago I ordered for delivery and was very unsatisfied with my experience. I ordered a small Cchiken ceasar salad, chicken sandwich, no mustard, and an order of fries. When it finally arrived, I opened the paper bag and took everything out. My Ceasar salad turned out to be just the chicken for the salad. No salad?! I called them up and a female answered. When I explained what I received, she said«so, do you want the driver to drive it back to you?» «That would be nice.» I replied. She then put me on hold as she grabbed the manager. I still fail to see why she had to have me speak to a manager. When he answered I told him that. He apologized and said he would have someone bring my missing salad. When I hung up and opened my sandwich, there was mustard, and the fries were stale. I just disregarded that as I was already upset. I was waiting and waiting for the salad, when I decided to go down stairs and look out for the delivery car and there it was. I guess the driver didn’t have GPS… I was happy with the timely manner in which they delivered the salad, but they could have at least upgraded. I submitted an email to them online, and the automated message stated I would hear back within 3 days, but I never heard anything. I can honestly say, I will never order from them again, and if any one asks, I would advise them not to as well.

Never again will I order from this Mountain Mikes. Pizza, burnt(better than doughy I guess). Delivery, late(91 minutes thank you very much) Coupon, they didn’t even use the coupon we had!!! WTF??? I’m sorry this was just ridiculous, we had a buy 1 large get one large for 4 dollars. She gave us $ 4.00 off the price of the second pizza. I’m just… disappointed, we would’ve sent it back but waiting a whole 90 minutes for another set of pizzas was just too much to endure. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

I’ve ordered pizza for delivery from this Mountain Mikes approximately 5 times. Pizza is good; friendly, fast, and accurate service. Will definitely order from them again

I’ve had some pretty crappy order screw-ups/delivery experiences from this place(Halloween comes to mind), but I’ve always been willing to overlook it because with coupons, this place is relatively cheap, and they deliver. Tonight, I called with a BOGO coupon, one that they distributed on their box with no expiration date, and the girl on the phone cheerily acknowledged this with an, «Okay!» She then proceeded to tell me that my total was nearly $ 40. When I reiterated that I had a buy 1 large, get 1 large free coupon, I was told that they were only offering a buy 1 large, get a large 1-topping for $ 4.99 coupon. It would have been nice to have been asked what kind of coupon I had prior to continuing, or at least to have had it explained to me that they were no longer honoring their own coupons. 1 star because their pizza, while kind of hit-or-miss with the consistency of the toppings, is still pretty good. Looks like it might be time to go back to Round Table.

This place was pretty good. I don’t generally eat pizza but we tried this place because it was close to our hotel. The workers were very welcome and helpful. We were there on a Tuesday and they have a half off large pizza special on that day. We ordered a large pizza with half meats and half everything. The pizza was very delicious with a lot of flavor and the crust was great. I had the salad bar as well. The lettuce wasn’t the freshest but they had some really good balsamic dressing. Better than what I would have expected in a small place like this. The barbecue buffalo were blah. I don’t know what kind of BBQ sauce they use but they might want to change that up for better flavor. All in all good food and good very nice workers.

Lunch buffet here is legit. Most other places, such as round table right down the street, have next to nothing out for the buffet and no customers in the restaurant. It’s a chicken or egg thing. I get they don’t want to make a bunch of food if no one is there, but why would anyone go if there’s nothing out for all you can eat? Anyway, no such problems here. The restaurant is packed during lunch and there are tons of pizzas of all kinds out from 11:15 — 2:00. They keep putting out fresh pizzas every few minutes during the peak times. Great to stop by for lunch during the week.

Ordered fries, mozz sticks and fettucine alfredo. I get that its a pizza place primarily, but come on: Fries: The fries were soggy in the middle and charred at the ends, and the portion was stingy. Alternative: Get in-n-out, itll be 1⁄5 of the price and 4 times the quality. Alfredo: overcooked noodles and supermarket sauce, ’nuff said. Only ingredients, pretty disappointing. All of the food was lukewarm and took an hour to arrive despite the fact that we live maybe 10 min away. Verdict: I am an idiot for expecting anything approaching quality italian from a chain called«Mountain Mike’s», nloy get pizza from here, otherwise skip it and go to the damn supermarket. ****** I once got a personal pan pizza here and it was a little better than the Trader Joe’s frozen stuff, so go for that, I guess.

It’s not my favorite place to go for pizza but with 5 mouths to feed and a tight budget, this place is A-OK. Tuesdays is half off all pizzas(score!) so we got 2 large 2 topping pizzas for $ 20

Worst delivery experience ever. Ordered a Pizza online. Their website set an expectation that the pizza would arrive within 60 minutes. The emailed invoice said indicated the same delivery window. When 60 minutes had passed, I called to find out when the pizza would arrive. 5 minutes after I was immediately being put on hold, I was told that the pizza was on its way and that the website is actually wrong and web orders take more like an hour and 15 minutes. An hour and 20 minutes in to this ordeal I called again, put on hold once again, and after 5 minutes hung up and re-dialed. During the second attempt at finding out where the pizza was(being put on hold ONCEAGAIN) the doorbell finally rang. Of course, the delivery guy was missing part of my order which was the icing on the cake. Never again.

We reserved the small private room yesterday(Friday night) for my little brothers birthday. And I already see three negative reviews for that same time frame… I would have been upset over many of the points others brought up as well. But fortunately, we didn’t have the same experience. They were extremely busy given that it was a Friday night and a Giants World Series game was on. They were already behind when our party arrived but they let us know ahead of time how long the pizzas would take. Average wait was 45 – 60 mins. Minus 1 star for the long wait, but we realized they were just extremely busy and probably even understaffed. The staff(especially the manager) made it extremely easy by opening a tab for us so we could order pizzas as needed. They gave us a few free drinks and even asked if we wanted a free pizza from a cancellation. We saw many people upset and even yelling at the staff(at one point there were about 6 people around the counter complaining while they were trying to take two different phone orders and other calls were coming in) which is unfortunate because it seemed the staff was doing as much as they could. It was very hectic but the staff took good care of our party and the pizza was delicious!

I’ve calmed down enough to write this review… i arrived on a Friday night with only one person in the restaurant. I placed my order at 5:10 pm and didn’t get my pizza until 6:30. I approached the manager and kindly offered my suggestion that the cashier state how long the wait will be when the order is placed rather than being held hostage to the pizza oven and long queue of to-go and delivery orders that came before me. I certainly would’ve used my parental judgement and headed out to get something quicker for my starving 9 yr old son. By the fourth time I approached the manager I asked for my money back. He said he would have to cancel the order… say what? I’ve worked in the restaurant business and the go-to customer service recovery tool is to comp something… dessert, entrée, or PIZZA! Needless to say voices were raised and it got really ugly. Not a good way to start the weekend and not a good impression that Mountain Mike’s left on me. Hopefully, the manager will take my advice and change his communication to his patrons about wait time.

Not bad, but dough is a bit chewy and doesn’t taste fresh. I can’t say anything about pepperoni since I don’t eat pork, but the vege pizza is tasty, especially with white sauce. Red sauce is, meh. BBQ chicken pizza is interesting, but I’m not a big fan of sweet sauce pizza, but, this may be for you. Chicken is not fantastic either. My friends agreed when we ordered the pizza. It’s good, but not enough to make it my hot spot. Then again, pizza is difficult to find in Redwood City, save Costco. I’ve never been to the place for watching games, so, I can’t comment on that. In addition, I can’t comment on service, never dealt with them. Overall: Ok pizza, good price.
