My husband and I just bought our first home with the help of Dominic and Brian at Merrill Properties. They were great, going above and beyond the call of duty to help us find our dream house without being too pushy. We met a lot of agents over the last year who tried to scare my husband and I into buying a house immediately. Ridiculous! Brian and Dominic were so helpful, listening to our needs and finding good places to look at within our price range. They also researched contractors for some work required on our house, and gave a lot of tips, tools and a reference book on home repairs, knowing that my husband and I can’t afford to not be DIY. They gave us specific service to meet our needs as buyers and were always patient, available and helpful.
