This place has delicious pupsas con loroco! I have never seen a food truck that sells pupusas, and being Salvadorian I decided that I’d try out to check for authenticity. So amazing! The masa had a good flavor, there was a perfect blend of cheese and loroco, and their salsa and curtido was AMAZING! It wasn’t greasy at all, I can’t wait to buy lunch here again to take back to the office. YUM!

It’s a lunch truck. Any lunch truck wont’ get more than 3 stars from me unless something outstanding occurs or a party in my mouth dictates it. Overall, the experience was kind of the truck norm. No prices, menu all in Spanish, one cook and a money guy. I got the #3 which was 2 pork, cheese and bean pupusa’s, rice, beans, and a little spicy slaw. There was 1 lady ahead of me and she basically ordered for her family of 12. So my one order took about 15 minutes to appear. The beans were refried and was full of bean-y goodness — as you would expect from beans. The slaw was good and refreshing; it had just the right amount of kick to it. The rice, was ricy… nothing special about it. The main attraction was the Pupusa. Overall, it was actually pretty good. It was cooked just right, not greasy, and it had just the right amount of filling to where you have filling in every bite. Pork was ok… it kind of got drowned out by the masa but that’s what masa does. It sucks the flavor out of everything. They gave me this red sauce for dipping and it’s a pretty watery concoction of tomatos, onion, brown stuff, and what tastes like wine. I“m not sure if it was wine or if it was just sitting out all week and fermented. Either way, it was suspect and, like a trooper, I ate it anyways. Gastronomic mayhem to ensue I suppose. We’ll see. Overall, the food was not bad. $ 6 for the entire plate’o’food. Just be sure to ask for prices before you order.

Shady and expensive. I should have known something was up when I kept seeing people come up, talk to the lady in Spanish, and then leave. Prices are all vaguely written, so who knows what it really is. Ordered a torta and a pupusa– $ 9 torta and a $ 5 pupusa. Completely awful, the torta was ground beef and a tomato slice on some stale bread. Pupusa tasted like cardboard. Seriously, this lady is pretty shady, and the guys rolling up and receiving a brown paper bag of mystery without paying? Seems like a drug front to me– like a rolling crackhouse– with awful food.
