Came here for a quick six inch sub but it’s just your little average Subway location.
I found this location to have friendly staff and was quite clean. No complaints.
They had a coupon for free six inch sub with a purchase of a 30oz drink too!

I use to work here and it is just amazing place to relax and eat at also and its 2 blocks from beach and don’t forget there food is so good and decent prices also.

I normally do not leave bad reviews for a place, but this location seems to have been constantly inconveniencing my order. The first time was an online order, I asked for it to be toasted, came in, picked it up only to get back to work to find out my sandwich was never toasted, it was cold. I was disappointed but no big deal, minor mistake, left some feedback and received an email from the manager for a free sandwich. Two weeks later I make another online order for two sandwiches and plan to claim one of them with that email. I was on a lunch break from work and when the issue arised the workers didn’t know what to do with it. I said, don’t worry about it, it’s not a big deal. At this point I was already being charged for a sand which and was waiting on the other. It’s not bad quality food but the last two times I stepped into this location it hasnt been the greatest. I don’t plan on going back to this location, simply because of minor disappointments.

Dear Steve, my kids asked me why have I been buying the broken peanut butter cookies for them, I told them I didn’t choose to buy the broken ones, someone name Steve sold them to me. The peanut butter cookie you sold me tonight was in two pieces, the one you sold to me a week ago was in several pieces. Just curious, last time when you were carefully lifting the broken pieces into the bag (you were very skilled in that by the way, that Monet dude got nothing on you), did it not occur to you that I might not want a broken cookie? I saw the cookie in pieces through the opening of the bag while you were tallying up on the register, and I wanted to say something to you but didn’t since you seem to be nice. Tonight, you did it again! Steve, you broke my heart with your broken cookies. And 3 cookies for $ 1.50 is not too shabby, is tossing a broken cookie a capital loss to Subways?

I really like subway for two reasons. #1 they’re cheap. #2 the chopped salad is the best hidden gem I’ve ever found with chains.
Chopped salad (double chicken) will run you sub 400 calories with dressing and feta cheese. You can put ANY amount of vegetables on this, whatever meat you want, with whatever sauce you want and some cheese too. Why is this deal so much better? Consider a footlong sub on the premium level. Runs almost $ 9 sometimes more depending on what you add. Chopped salads for double chicken and unlimited amount of veggies is $ 7.90 after tax and is much lower in calories than a sub.

This place has the freshest and nicest staff than any other subway. I was surprised to see on their menu that the offer pizza! I haven’t tried it yet but very cool idea and totally different.
Very clean inside. Parking lot is shared with a few other businesses so not always a guaranteed spot but they also have street parking on the side. My son goes to school close by so we stop by here when we are in the mood for a sub.

This place always has the best customer service. The workers are always cool and real and don’t give off any attitude. It’s conveniently located right next to a laundry mat so I grab a bite while waiting for the clothes in the dryer.

picked up lunch here a few times and had good service/​sandwiches every time even though I came in with about 3 orders per trip during lunch time when it’s not exactly quiet in there.

I received a Smart Phone for my birthday last month and my kids are attemping to teach me all the «cool» things I can do with it. I discovered APPS. The other day I installed the Subway App. and gave it a try. HORROR. at about 11:30am I ordered a Turkey sandwich to be picked up at 1:00pm. That went pretty easy but then. At 12:30pm (30 min. early) I stopped in, figuring I was so early that they would just make it for me now. WRONG it was already made and sitting out on the back counter (no refrigeration) collecting bacteria. When I asked the mgr. about it I got the usual «I don’t know anything about it.» I asked him if this was company policy to make on-​line orders so long in advance and let them sit out in the open with no refrigeration. The answer I got was «I don’t know.» Understand that there was NO line for sandwiches when I walk in… I was horrified… No training, no food handling criteria no one to give a damn. If this mgr. doesn’t know or care how about the employees. I am forwarding this to the Health Dept. BE CAREFUL!!! I noticed that apparently it’s been well over a year since a review of this store was posted. Things must have changed for the worse.

Every Subway is different. They are a chain of privately owned and operated franchise locations.
With that said, this Subway hasn’t let me down yet.
Every time I go, the staff is friendly and attentive. I never have to ask twice for anything.
Sadly, a lot of the time, at other Subway locations, you get the feeling like the employee is taking the food from their own fridge (they put 3 pieces of tomato and give you fuss when you ask for more).
Not here! Here I get fast service, a good amount of everything, and if I ask for more veggies (I like lots of veggies!) I don’t get any attitude, just more veggies :)
As long as they keep up the good work, I will keep coming here!

They have rats. When I mentioned it, they didn’t seem to care nor showed a sense of urgency to get rid of it. I passed on the sandwich.

This Subway is great! Staff is friendly and accommodating with special requests. I always do the survey to get my free cookie!

Most Subway Restaurants are consistent, not great, not bad. This Subway is NOT up to par with other Subway restaurants.
The staff is rude. They act as if they are really doing you a flavor by waiting on you. They really skimp on toppings. The «toasted» sandwich is either not done (cold) or burnt. The tables are rarely cleaned. The windows are filthy! When the sun shines in the windows you can really see the dirt. I do not know how they have an A rating posted. Have been to this Subway three times. I have been hoping the other times were off days. No so.
Today, as usual, the tables and floor were dirty, the staff rude, the sandwiches not good AND there were lots of kids from the beach (which I do not have a problem with, I have three kids of my own) but most of the kids were not wearing shoes or shirts. I know this is a beach community but if a middle aged man or woman walked in without shoes or shirt would you like it???
The so called management seems to be not much older than 18 – 20 years old and they do not seem to care what goes on. My suggestion: go to another Subway. The Subway at 18 888 PCH is always clean and the staff are nice. This one is so much better. Do not waste your time or money at the Subway on Knob Hill and PCH. There are too many other better places in Redondo.
The other reviews were months ago and possibly written by staff. This place is awful.

Good, simple sandwiches. Great for us since we live right up the street. 3 stars for the average sandwich and 1 star for the select few good «sandwich artists.»

This is a new Subway, opened May 2010. It is owned by the same franchisee as the the one who owns the Subway a little bit north on the left side of PCH in the big shopping center also in Redondo.
Service is usually good, quick, and friendly. It is a clean place. Sometimes there is a language barrier, but if you are patient and speak clearly it can be overcome.

As a frequent patron of the Subway chain, I can say with certainty that this franchise owner is doing a good job so far. The store is big and clean, the staff is friendly, and they don’t try to limit you to 6 pieces of lettuce and 3 tomatoes every time.
They have a couple computers that are available to the public which is a nice touch. They are also pretty quick as well.
