Shelf Genie

I have been wanting to have these type of super-​efficient shelving for years, we have been doing several major projects in the house and during a break, I finally got around to having Lorna out to review my kitchen. She really takes her time to think about what happens in your space and makes suggestions to help meet your needs.
After she gots us a quote, other projects took the forefront and we put this effort on hold for a year. But we called Lorna to move ahead and it was not even a hiccup for her and her team. Led time for manufacture was a reasonable four weeks and the installation that Tim did was quick and first class. I love that now can see everything in the kitchen and that there are no deep dark places way in the back where something from 2009 lingers! Being able to have a lids separated with their own shelf? Awesome!
This is an upgrade worth it’s salt!

I am very happy with the shelves installed in my kitchen. The cabinets were very deep. I met with Lorna shortly after we moved into our condo. I appreciated the time she spent with me going over what would be best for me. I recommend Shelf Genie highly.

Prompt Response to information request and on-​time arrival to prepare quote.
Reasonable time to prepare custom pull-​outs. (A couple of weeks as I remember.)
We confirmed an appointment to install the 22 pull-​outs and the installer again arrived on-​time.
We had more shelves to empty than we had space to put everything so it was round-​robin (empty some shelves of canned goods, then some with pots and pans then and replace the canned goods, then more of the same until finished). Every pull-​out was installed correctly to operate smoothly.
One pull-​out tray had a flaw. The installer ordered a replacement and he was back promptly to re-​install. It could have been fixed on-​site, but he wanted the factory to see the flaw, instead.
I can access a six-​shelf 24″ deep pantry and the back of bottom cabinets. We found stuff we had forgotten about and now can use all cabinet space.
A great product, properly installed the first time; everything to our mutual satisfaction.

Lorna was really good at saving me money and deciding where to install shelves. her suggestions gave me best use of the areas we did. The installer was careful and precise… a real pro. I highly recommend Shelf Genie!

Wish I could afford to get every closet done. kitchen pantry done .Also pot and pan closets .The best decision was to put one under my bathroom sink .Once you get these installed you’ll wonder how you Managed without them.

From the first phone call to my custom shelf installation, their professional business services was great. The sales rep came to my house, showed me my options and we agreed on a plan and a price quotation.
A week or so later, a licensed contractor came over to do precise measurements and set up an appointment for installation.
A couple weeks after that, the contractor came back and 2 – 3 hours later, I had my custom made sliding shelves installed. BTW, I did purchase all the available upgrades and wouldn’t do it any other way.
Great product, impeccable service.
