If you want something personalized or engraved go somewhere else learn from my mistake! I got a watch engraved for someone as a gift on the side as the back of the watch is also glass. It is a skeleton watch. When I told him what I wanted he said OK it will be in block letters and I was like no I don’t want block letters and he said OK then cursive and I said can I see the lettering and he was like it’s handwriting it’s fine and I asked if I could see which I think is fine as it won’t come off and he got annoyed tried looking for five min and told me it’s fine its just cursive and didn’t let me see it. He is very disorganized. So then he told me it would be ready in a week but I still had a few more questions but he looked at me and said OK bye that’s it. He didn’t ask me how big or small I wanted the lettering where I wanted it positioned or anything. But non the less I trusted him because he is a jeweler. I come back a week later he can’t find my watch and said oh that one ya it’s not ready come back tomorrow. I come back the lettering takes up the whole side of the mens watch instead of only part of it and goes top to bottom like it’s written on lined paper and not in the middle of the surface like most engraved things are. The first and last letters are really dark and i asked him why that is and he looked at me like I was stupid and said because it was done by a machine. Above all I would never go here again and I wanted this expensive watch to have a (small) personal meaning to the person I’m giving it too.

Sam is an amazing jeweler! I took my engagement ring to have the settings replaced since the original store where it was bought did not have it set properly and Sam did an incredible job!
He also carries antique jewelry that are one of a kind. Anyone that needs a trustworthy jeweler should check this place out!

Buyer Beware! I recently moved into the area and found this jeweler on the Internet. When my necklace broke I decided to give him a try. When I arrived at the store we discussed the necklace and I asked him to replace the chain. He said he would and charged me $ 45 for a new chain. In a couple of weeks I picked up my necklace. Within 3 weeks the chain broke again and it appeared to be broken in the exact same spot as the previous break but I knew this couldn’t be possible because he had replaced the chain with a new one. I took the chain back to him. I reminded him that I only got it back 3 weeks ago and that he had replaced it with a new chain. He told me it would take awhile to repair and he would call when it was finished. He called about 10 days later. I went in to pick up the chain and he told me that he had replaced the chain again and wanted to charge me again. I reminded him that he was supposed to have replaced the last one that had not lasted even 1 month. He told me that there would not be any charge. I left and drove three blocks away and the chain fell off my neck. It didn’t even last an hour. I drove to another jeweler. When I gave him the chain he took own look at it and told me the chain was old and had been soldered several times. I didn’t even get a chance to tell him what happened and he already knew that the chain was old and had been soldered several times. When I then told him what happened with the previous jeweler he told me that the chain had years of wear so the last jeweler had only soldered it twice and had never replaced the chain. I will never do business with this guy again. He charged me $ 45 to solder a chain which should have cost. $ 12 – 15, lied about replacing the chain which is what I asked for and then tried to charge me a second time. Never again!

My husband and I’ve been going here for over 6 years.
Sam is very professional and charges reasonably for his excellent workmanship.
He fixes other jeweler’s mistakes. I highly recommend this place.

I would recommend this place for any jewelry repair or purchase. Sam was knowledgeable, courteous and professional! I had my watch battery changed in 10 minutes! Awesome!

No repair job is too small. Sam did a great job on, 1) repairing a broken chain, 2) replacing a chain clasp, and 3) reattaching a post on an ear ring. The work was great and the price was a lot less than other jewelers would have charged me. I have a few more pieces I want repaired, and I definitely plan to go back to this jeweler. Like Peter, I too am shocked to not see 100s of sparkling reviews for this place. Sam is an extremely talented jeweler — not to mention the reasonable prices. He has repaired and altered a few pieces of jewelry for my mom and I — we are looking forward to more quality pieces! I highly recommend this business to anyone in search of an amazing jeweler.

I get all of my watch batteries replaced here and it only takes a few minutes. Sam, the owner can do it all from create beautiful jewelry to repairing an antique watch. Professional and honest, what more could you ask for from a jeweler?
