Raaj is responsive, reliable and great to work with! He is thorough in his research and happy to answer questions. Raaj did an excellent job helping us buy our dream home. From the moment I saw our house online, my wife and I knew we wanted it, and Raaj made that dream a reality. We ran into Raaj at one of the open-​houses. We had no intention of working with a real estate agent, and we were just looking around to get a feel of the housing market.

Raaj is one of the most patient, meticulous and tactful agents I’ve come across. He worked with me over the course of 3 months to get a complicated short sale (involving 3 lenders) approved. Most agents I discussed my case with thought I had no shot at it, but Raaj never gave up. He was pro-​active, thorough and aggressive at the appropriate times. In addition, he managed to get me multiple offers over asking price that was a win-​win for the lenders and me. A++++ for Raaj!

As first time home buyers, Raaj led us through the whole process. He was very patient and explained each process as we went through. At a time when the market was going crazy and houses were coming on then off the market within a week, he kept us up to date with houses to consider. He taught us several tricks to make us more appealing to the seller too. After the 4^th offer we finally got our home. We thought that was a lot but afterwards we’ve talked to several couples who had about twelve offers before they got theirs! Now, we love our home! And Raaj still checks up on us and answers any questions we might have.

I wish that all real estate agents were like Raaj! We found Raaj through some friends who he had helped sell their house. They had nothing but wonderful things to say about his professionalism and hard work ethic. I felt comfortable having him list our place. and it was a painless and simple process. He was able to take care of all of our needs and concerns, and helped us sell our home in Culver City quickly. We were relocating up to the Bay Area, and Raaj decided to go above and beyond! Not only did he help sell our house, he referred us to a wonderful agent up in the Bay Area who helped us secure property up North!
