A lot of customers are waiting to order but they have only on cashier open. Very slow service.

Went to Panera Bread for a Hot Cup Of Veggie Soup and Hot Cup Of Coffee! Soup was cold and self serve coffee was cold. We had to heat up our own in the microwave under the counter! Although there were MANYEMPTYTABLESWEHADNOWHERETOSIT: t NONEOFTHEMHADBEENBUSED! We stood in disbelief nobody was cleaning the tables! Perhaps it’s just this Redondo Beach location that is filthy and not well managed? If I go to Panera Bread again it won’t be here! Too bad when i see a Panera Bread Commercial I think of Filthy Tables, Disappointment, being SERVEDCOLDSOUPANDCOLDCOFFEE… Worse Dining Experience! WESATDOWNAFTER I WIPED A TABLEUSINGMOISTWIPESFROMMYOWNPURSE! UNBELIEVABLE!

Steak & Arugula Sandwich — when I first looked at this sandwich, I thought: it’s too small! too small! 5 stars for the sandwich minus 1 star for the price & limited selection of soups!

They just don’t care. I ordered a Turkey avocado BLT on French baguette with a side of bread and got a tuna salad on white bread with chips. When I caught the chips and asked them to replace it with bread the girl had the worst attitude. This is the second time they messed with my order(shame on me for going back there) and the quality of food is just not good enough to put up with it. They’re lucky with their location, that’s about it. Terrible and disappointing.

I had turkey chili which was pretty good and frontega chix pan which was ok. Pricing a little pricy If your really hungry you might seek out something else this is more like a snack place. My daughter ordered a salad and still was hungry after. Chicken portion on the salad was really small for the price.

Two stars is generous. The employees are clearly unhappy and treat the customers that way. «What are the bread choices?» «We have a lot of breads… uh do you want me to tell you them all?» Grilled cheese — so cold the cheese isn’t melted. Bad service, bad food.

Pretty good. Much cleaner than the Torrance location on PCH. Food was tasty, service was fast and employees were friendly and they kept the tables clean.

This place is horrible. The food tastes like retirement center leftovers. The service is slow and poorly trained and it’s overpriced. The carpet on the floor is full of stains and the place is just gross. Goodbye for good.

Got a hair in my soup! The issue was kindly addressed and the lady at the counter kindly gave me broccoli cheddar soup. First and last time I ever come here. The hair was blonde and thin, can’t begin to imagine which part of the body this came from.

My experiences eating at Panera have generally been good for enjoying their selections of soups, sandwiches and salads. This review will focus on this particular Panera, which is located in the large area next to the Galleria in Torrance. There are lots of nooks, booths, and small tables here to enjoy a meal and a baked good. Unfortunately, the standards at this Panera did not meet my expectations. The cashier got the order wrong to begin. It is generally crowded here, so orders can get misinterpreted. I ordered the«Pick Two» from which you choose two of the following: Cup/bowl of Soup, Half Sandwich, Half Salad, One Flatbread. I ordered two orders of these«Pick Two», but only got one when the order came. I checked the ticket and sure enough, was only charged for one. I guess I can understand that the pick two option may have been a bit confusing when orders are coming at you left and right. The Broccoli Cheddar soup was good, but lukewarm. The grilled cheese was a mess and so much of it stuck to the little piece of wavy white cardboard that I could only get through half of the sandwich. Maybe it just sat too long before being brought to the table, but nonetheless was disappointing.

I ordered a holiday bread from their online site and specified 11:30 a.m. pickup. I was directed to go to the Rapid Pick-Up for my order. When I arrived, it was nowhere to be seen, and the food preparers behind the counter referred me to a Manager, David. David told me that I shouldn’t have been able to order this from their website, but he had the baker make one fresh. He said it would be ready at 1 p.m. I didn’t want to go home and then come back, so I did a little shopping to kill time. I’m glad David was there because I’m not sure if anyone else at this location would have followed through. Not happy that I had to come back, but it was delicious when I eventually got it home. I would suggest to anyone ordering for Rapid Pick-Up to call before going over to double check that it’ll be ready.

I like Panera… and I’d probably visit more if I could taste the food. Could be just me(though I have asked a few folks and some agree), but everything tastes bland. I don’t overly salt anything, in fact I cook almost everything salt free, but when I visit Panera it seems I’m always adding a little salt to bring out the taste especially in the soups(Autumn Squash & Broccoli Cheddar are two of my favorites.) Sandwiches are always fresh and good tasting… after I add mayo or salt or extra tomato or avocado. Again, seems like I always have to add something to a sandwich so it’s more to my liking. I often order the Napa Almond Chicken salad and usually doctor it up with extra lettuce, tomatoes and avocado. Salads are quite good — the Fuji Apple Chicken and the Greek salads are two I order most frequently.

Food Quality: 4 stars Value: 5 stars Friendliness/Service: 2 stars Cleanliness: 3 stars Speed of Service: 2 stars(not efficient) Must have spinach and cheese egg soufflés. Soups are tasty! Bread is yum. Love the fact that I can mix and match my combo, 5 stars for THAT :). I could eat the food here everyday. I like the menu and accessibility but geeeeeeez, despite always having so many employee bodies the pace of service is terrible. I get it that perhaps they could be training but I see my lunch sitting on the counter for ever before it is brought out. I am not sure if it’s lack of experience with the supervisors but having a line out the door with only 2 registers and like 7 employees standing in the kitchen does not make sense to hungry people waiting to order. I appreciate the food runners but I think this place has some much more potential. Friendliness could go a long way.

I have had some downright bad and disappointing Panera experiences at various locations, but my recent visit to this location was much better. I was skeptical but was starving and wanted to eat something before grocery shopping at Sprouts next door(you know how dangerous it is to grocery shop on an empty stomach!). Although my sandwich was a little overpriced, they at least did not skimp on the contents as I had experienced at other locations in the past where the sandwich was pretty much empty. They also gave me a number and brought it right over to my table. This is the best location I’ve visited in a long time.

I come to this panera bread often because it’s close by my work. Decided to come with my coworker because we were craving for soup and sandwiches. Great thing about panera is that they have the you pick two special. You can choose from any soup and any sandwich plus chips or bread. You can also add any of the baked goods for $ 1.29 extra. I always get the bacon turkey bravo sandwich with the tomato basil soup. It’s my favorite at panera! I don’t get anything else, but I’ve heard their salads are pretty amazing! The location for this panera is really nice. It’s located in central Torrance and there is a nice big mall nearby and many other stores such as target, sprouts, Jamba Juice, Bank of America and others. Panera is pretty big compared to the other ones I’ve been to. The place is pretty clean and the workers are fairly nice, they could use a smile here and there!

Well I was initially going to give this Panera a 2 star review because they seem to consistently run out of product(bread, soup etc) but when the manager came by due to my obvious unhappiness; he was super helpful and accommodating and really tried his best to right the wrong. So plus one star for that! As far as Paneras food quality is concerned. It is consistent with other Paneras I have been to. I always order the«you pick two» with Italian combo and broccoli cheddar soup. But if you don’t like that soup… I’d recommend their Mac and cheese. It is so yum!

I like the food at Panera Bread. I like their sandwiches, which uses pretty good ingredients and their soups, which is pretty flavorful and tasty. I normally get the pick 2 combo, which gives you a choice of half sandwich, soup, or salad. It also comes with bread or chips. I get the Sierra Turkey sandwich and the creamy tomato soup. The sandwich has a nice chipotle dressing on the sandwich and the creamy tomato is a good blend of spices and tomato. You can also get a pastry for a dollar extra.(I have never tried the salad here but I heard it’s pretty good). I docked a star off this location because they are unusually slow during lunch time(which is when I come). I tried to save time by calling my order in but you still have to wait in the line to pay so it defeats the purpose of ordering early. Also, I docked another star for the pastry. Every time I get the pastry, I am disappointed. I usually get a cookie and it tastes mushy. I usually eat it a few hour later and it tastes old, even though it’s just been a few hours. Maybe the other pastries are better, but definitely not the cookie.
