My family and I are so happy in our beautifully remodeled home. Shaun and Jason were fair, organized, thorough, and hard-​working. We had a time crunch and so much we wanted to do and they nailed it. We had ideas and they would take our ideas and make them into reality at fair cost. There is nothing they couldn’t do when we would come up with new thoughts or changes during the process. Their crew was also fantastic– friendly, respectful, and always pleasant. During the process we always felt like we had a partnership with the O&R Building team.

In January 2012 I hired Shaun and Jason of O&R to renovate my house. I had a water leak/​flood in my house and was faced with a forced renovation. I had no idea where to begin or what I even wanted to do. I had to move out for 3 months during the renovation. They were on schedule and within the budget we had discussed. Shaun and Jason were professional, supportive, and extremely helpful with suggestions/​ideas to help me through this stressful time. I completely put my trust into both of them and the end results were more than I could have ever imagined. I highly recommend Shaun and Jason. Their professionalism, expertise, and design style are truly unmatched.

My husband and I hired Jason and Shawn of O & R Construction after an informal but unhurried interview. From day one, the air of confidence that they each possess made it easy for me to relax throughout the project. We needed to move out of our home during the months of remodeling the kitchen, refinishing our wood floors, and painting throughout the house, but I never hesitated in handing over the keys and putting my total trust in their hands. From painting to tile work, appliance installation and other electrical, they either did the jobs themselves or had one of their trusted sub-​contractors taking care of it. I would use them again and recommend them for any type of remodel or construction.
