I have been going to Laser Image for a couple of years for botox. Every 3 months or so, I get botox. The nurses do the injections. Today, I had Janell. She is quick and super gentle. Jessica is super sweet. I usually happen to make my appointments when Jessica is working. She is very knowledgable:)

John is very good in explaining all the different laser treatments and recommends the best treatment for your needs. It can be very confusing and he patiently takes the time to explain. I’ve been happy with the service at Laser Image and the follow up calls after my treatments.

Staff are excellent. Great happy hour. :-)

I have been coming here for the past year and love it. I can conveniently walk in for a B-​12 shot whenever I want and I love the Friday Happy Hour specials! The staff is very friendly and I can always get an appointment. The space is simple, no extra «fluff» but the services I’ve received have always been great. I definitely need to try more of the amazing services they offer.

The whole team at the Laser Image Company is incredible! They will always try to be as accommodating as possible! Danielle does amazing facials leaving no pore untouched and her recommendations for skincare were great! Love this place and have been going here for 9 years!

LOVE this place! I’ve been coming here for almost 5 years. John is very personable & easy to talk to — genuinely nice. Danielle is awesome for facials, dermaplaning, microdermabrasion & hydrafacials, very sweet, fun & professional. Janell is amazing for botox. I go every 3 months for their ‘happy hour’ special — she gets the job done quickly & accurately. I will be a client forever!

Sukari is the best for all types of laser treatments. My only wish is that she worked more days here, seems to only be in a couple days a week. Sukari will take the time to asses your situation, explain to you the finer details and care needed and even call to follow up with you afterwards to make sure everything is A-​OK. Parking is plenty but metered, bring your quarters, and the waiting room is small, so don’t show up too early for your appt. or you might be waiting outside.

I have been coming here for a few years now. It started with waxing from a monthly special, and now they are my «Go To» peeps for everything! It’s a super convenient location, the staff is very friendly and helpful, the treatments are done with care and extreme professionalism and the price is reasonable… especially when they have their monthly specials! I love this place. :)

Laser Image Co. Is great. I ‘ve been to other places with the same kind of services and they don’t compare to Laser Image! The caring nurses especially Shonie have been wonderful! I know I will be coming back many times to this wonderful place!

I have been here at least 6 times! I have used a variety of services. I do like coming here. There’s plenty of parking. The facility is clean with Friendly staff. Prices are reasonable. I will definitely be back. Do i recommend? Yes! The laser treatments can get really expensive though depending how many treatments you need. But they try to work with you. The guy does anyway. I think he is the MD or owner. I have to say that one of the benefits of coming here is that they have a Registered nurse perform your treatment (in my case laser). Ask for Sukari. She’s friendly and professional and a Nurse!

I’ve been a client of Laser Image for the last 3years and I can’t emphasis what an wonderful office and friendly staff they have on board. I have enjoyed all treatments I have received and product I have bought. In fact, I have recommended severely friends to visit Laser Image and they also have been thrilled with service, staff and product. Not to mention Happy Hour!!! Glad I found them!!! Wow! I had the Smart DOT fractional co2 laser last week, and I am so happy with the results and its only been 8 days. My skin on my face, neck and chest look 15 years younger – flawless! I also had a scar that has all but disappeared on my hip thanks to this laser. One treatment and you will turn back time! Results are said to last several years. Worth every penny and only 5 days downtime!

I actually just got home from my laser hair removal treatment, and I was so happy with my experience! I have never done any laser treatment before, and I’m lucky that Sukari helped me out with my first time. She explained what was going to happen, what the results may or may not be, what I can and cannot do afterwards, and overall gave me a really realistic expectation of how this treatment was going to be beneficial. She never made me feel like a freak or anything when we discussed my hirsutism from PCOS, she was very knowledgeable, kind, and funny! I will definitely continue my treatments at this location, and hopefully with Sukari!

Love this place. No matter what I have done it is always positive. Would not go any where else! ;)

John is interested in providing high quality care and he and the team bring a level of expertise and caring that makes a real difference!

This place was fantastic! The service was great, and everyone I spoke to was awesome. I’m really looking forward to seeing how my peel turns out. Danielle was kind, helpful, and seemed very knowledgeable. They even let me use their phone when I forgot mine! I will definitely be back.

This place is a little gem! I started with an amazing consultation with Danielle. We talked about my skin concerns and what I was looking for. She wasn’t pushy or too sales-​y, just really informative and super cool. We decided on a facial and a peel, and I also talked about teeth whitening and vein laser treatment. I decided to go for it all. A little splurge! I’m so glad I did it!
It was my first time doing a facial and a peel, so I was a little nervous. But I shouldn’t have been– it was really relaxing and refreshing and felt a little tingly afterword. And my results are amazing! Just a week later, my skin looks totally different– softer, shinier, and younger.
Teeth whitening was a piece of cake. Half hour and my teeth are shades whiter– I loved the immediate results. A lot of people have been complementing me already. The laser spider vein treatment was super easy. No pain. Felt like someone was snapping a rubber band on my leg. Can’t wait to wear shorts again.
Staff is super warm and welcoming and laid back and on top of their game. I’m definitely going back. :)
Ooh! And I went back one week later and got the Infrared Body Wrap. I’m addicted. It was 50 minutes of loveliness– laying there all wrapped up in a little heat, sweating out up to 1400 calories? I mean does it get any better than that?

LOVE John and Charlotta! John owner has been around in the business for ever. I love dropping by for anything they offer, especially the B12 shots. Great staff, low key atmosphere without the huge medi prices.

Used a groupon for a Brazilian. The place is very easy to find. right look for the blue awning on the corner of Catalina in the Village right past Hennessey’s. Parking was easy, but if you get there late and there are others having services you probably will have a hard time finding a place to park (they have two spots behind the shop). I went at 4pm on a weekday. Also if you go on weekend, count on circling the block or meter parking over in the TJ’s parking lot.
First and foremost I believe this place is a doctor’s office. It is not set up as a spa, no relaxation area, place to change your clothes. You disrobe in the room you are having the service in. The room was very clean and good hygienic practices were used so no complaints there. They also are latex allergy friendly so just ask for non-​latex.
Jessica was friendly and engaging. The only thing I was disappointed is they do not use the blue hard wax. That always works better for me. She didn’t give me a choice but said that its a concensus amongst her clientele that they didn’t like to wait for the hard wax to dry. I wasn’t in any hurry and because I have sensitive skin (natural strawberry blonde freckled WASP), less pulling, tugging and ripping means less pain and having less pain is worth the wait. Today my skin is still very sensitive and feels inflamed as if I had lifting. Jeans are not even an option. Never had that with use of the hard wax. So it might be nice if you give your clients a choice rather than because someone else doesn’t want to wait. make us all suffer the agony.
Overall it was an OK experience, (more painful than usual because of the type of wax used.) The only way I would return if they changed their policy to allow individual clients to choose how they want their service done according to THEIR INDIVIDUAL skin type. after all this office appears to focus on skin and I wouldn’t be left with the only alternative of wearing yoga pants to work today.
