I wish I could give this place a better rating but the sandwiches suck. The mind-boggling part is that they have so many wonderful sandwich ingredients that could be bought in the store but their sandwiches are tasteless. The bathroom was also disgusting.

The product selection is not as extensive as the Gardena location but the sandwiches are still very good, I’m a fan of the eggplant parked an plate and eggplant parked an sandwich, I do think it’s a bit pricey for what you actually get hence I’m only giving this place 3 stars

This place has good food… quality stuff. The experience is a hit or miss, depending on who’s wirking behind the counter. To the girl with heavy masacra, go find a job elsewhere because you’re attitude is awful and driving the customers away!

This location is extremely sad and definitely does not live up to their name. During the holiday season they SHOULD be overflowing with customers and I walked in to a completely EMPTY store which obviously tells you something. I’ve ordered my sandwiches from here before and they tasted nowhere near the Gardena location. I thought to give them another shot and still left disappointed! I always order the Turkey Capri, but instead of serving it in a French roll like I’m used to, this location serves it in a round hamburger bun, almost looks like a kid’s meal. On top of that, they’re so skimpy on their sandwich meat and veggies, it’s embarrassing! I got more tomato and onion than I did sandwich meat :(That’s not an Italian deli if you ask me. Italians are generous with their food and I know because I’m half Italian! Do yourself a favor and drive the extra 15 minutes to the Gardena location!

Do not confuse this place with the original in Gardena! Sad lack of décor as you walk in. Signage and menus minimal, leaving one to wonder if they actually prepare food there or are just a deli market. Lovely smell of fresh baked goods sorely absent. Minestrone soup was either from frozen or made from frozen veg, evident by the spongy carrot rounds. Meh. Big minus — overfilled soup container leaving no option upon opening but to have spillage. As a general rule it’s probably best never to overfill hot liquids! Understaffed and existing staff too busy to be friendly. Too bad. Guess I’ll keep making the longer but worth it trek to the original.

What a gem this place is! It’s an Italian deli with a small restaurant(12 tables) inside. I had the chicken parmigiana and it was delicious! My son had a small pizza with pepperoni and mushroom and it was amazing. Our new favorite place for Italian. A delicious meal for 2 and all for $ 25. We’ll be back!

You’re better off going to the Gardena location or Jersey Mikes. The Torrance location lacks the ability to put meat on your sandwich. The last time I went their, I got two sliced of meat and one slice of cheese.

I just had the chance to return home to Giulianos one of my old favs in the So Bay where I have yearned for years to enjoy a great capicola sandwich. What a HUGE let down!! Let’s start with the soggy roll? What happened to a great crispy roll? After being introduced to bahn mi sandwiches i realize the bread can make it or break it well… that soggy bun broke it. Next my memory was of very generous portions of a dark red, very spicy capicola and nice tangy vinaigrette. Not the red meat I recalled but pink and fatty I doubt it was even capicola as it was late in the day and they just rushed to make it. Needless to say my dream was crushed. Next time I will visit Mickey’s for their meatball sandwich hope it is still good.

I have always liked this deli, but have never like the customer service. It’s pretty bad. I called to place an order for a bday party and the lady wouldn’t even answer my quick question. She put me on hold and I was on hold for over 10 minutes before I decided to hang up. She was an older lady so I’m assuming she is fussy.

Great spot for Italian food. Decent selection of meats, cheeses and other eats. The Prosciutto di Parma is fantastic! I highly recommend taking a ½lb home to enjoy with some wine. The staff is friendly. They will let you sample anything from the deli section before buying. The cooked food is also delicious. They have a small dining area inside the shop, as well as a couple tables outside the door. They stock a variety of beverages from local craft sodas to import sodas & beers. Prices are in the«reasonable-to-slightly expensive» range. Parking just outside the store is limited, but there’s plenty in the larger lot next to it. Definitely worth checking out if you need to get your Italian fix.

Not like the Guilianos at Gardena. Bland tasteless. I specifically ordered a veggie sandwich and this is what I go — tomato mozarella and meat. Do yourself a favor and don’t go here.

Sorry guys. I like your place and your people a lot, but that was one of the most flavorless sandwiches I have ever tasted. I had to put two packs of mayo, pepper, mustard and vinegar on the sandwich after it was supposed to have it included when I left. The bread tasted stale and the turkey was dry. You are an upscale deli… whom…I want to support as you have been around forever, but that was not good. And it’s the second time this month I have had the same experience. I would honestly would have rather saved the $ 4 extra dollars and went to Subway. Sorry… hope you guys can fix this.

Been coming here all my life. Great selection of cheese, meats, pastries and hard to find Italian foods. The Gardena location will always be the original, but Redondo is closer to home and still allows me to get most of what I need. The homemade fresh raw dough is wonderful as are the fresh breads. Great place to stop in for a quick sub(I recommend the classic torpedo or guilio). They even have a wine machine(instead of a soda machine!). Wish they would carry a few more of the products the Gardena location does but I always seem to find an alternative if needed. Great, friendly, and knowledgable staff. A little slice of home for us Italian raised folks.

I work right down the street from this place and have passed by it for eight months. NEVERAGAIN! The Gladiator Stromboli HOLYJESUS(get it with the pizza sauce and ranch!!) and they had this SUPPEER delicious gingerbread cheesecake that just was ridiculously tasty! The prices are extremely fair! It was like $ 6 for my stromboli and the things were STUFFED full of veggies and meat and all its delicious glory! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful as soon as i walked in! i would have liked to look around more if i didnt have such a short lunch breaak! Definitely coming back for lunch to this place as Im pretty sick of all the other fast food joints. I am a sucker for italian food and next on my list is their Chick Fettuccine Alfredo! Pratically making me excited to go to work again! Delicious food! Thank you for such an amazing service!

I normally LOVE Giuliano’s, but I wasn’t too happy with my experience this past weekend. I ordered three sandwiches and got four of their yummy cookies. The girl who rang up my order was very rude, barely looking me in the eye, no pleasantries at all. When my daughter asked for an extra dressing packet, she responded with a quick«they cost extra». Okay, I get that maybe an extra cost for those packets has been recently added, but we’ve been coming here for YEARS and that is the first time I’ve been told that information. Here are a few simple suggestions when operating the cash register: Smile and greet the customers; when responding to someone’s question, use polite words and a little emotion when giving a response; and if you have a NEW policy, please post a sign. Speaking from experience, being polite to customers will make your day much nicer. On another note, when we ordered some lasagna last month, our garlic bread tasted stale, so I’m not sure why that happened. There may be some room for improvement. Thanks!

Got the Classic Torpedo and it was good. Only giving 4 stars because they forgot my pepperchinis. bummer. Very nice staff and like the extra market items. Picked up some hot giardiniera — went great on the sandwich.

MYFAVESANDWICHSPOTHANDSDOWN. Been coming here since I was little(well the Gardena one anyway, then Torrance when I lived there, but now this is the closest). I always get the Torpedo, extra peperoncinis(why does that word look ugly?) I’ve also tried the Gaetano, which is similar but with tomatoes and Italian dressing. Sometimes I get dressing on the side for the Torpedo. I’m not sure if they still have it but they used to have Sicilian style pizza and that was so good. With the sandwich I like Luau BBQ Chips. You can buy just bread, just meat/cheese, and they have a selection of desserts too! Ahh love it! This location has specials too like All You Can Eat Spaghetti in the dining room lol I’ve never been but sounds cool to me!
