this store don’t even deserve an one star. manager is rude and unfriendly. she doesn’t even know her own store and what kind of sale she is having that day. she is need to have her customer service re-train but I doubt she will change.

This location is a bit out of the way. As a long time Express customer, I find it worth the drive. I am a firm believer in spending my money at business that deserves my patronage. The location close to be has a rude manager that is so unprofessional and snarky that I get in the car and drive 10 miles out of my way to this location. Great customer service. The mens selection is impressive. I enjoy the fact that nice people get commission for helping me and not unpleasant managers and associates that truly don’t deserve it. I will be back to this location. Awesome staff!!!

I came in here today to look for some jackets. Unfortunately, I did not find what I was looking for. So you may ask, why would I give this place five stars? It’s because for over a decade, Express has been one of my go-to places for awesome clothing. I’ve bought clothes for my professional life, for clubbing, and casual clothing. I’m not one to dress down, I like button down shirts, and Express has good ones. They have good deals going on, so I will be back to buy some stuff in the coming days. They may not have had jackets that fit my style, but they keep me happy with their shirts and business casual attire.

I love Express. I’ve been shopping here since my early twenties and still love it after all these years. I know what fits in what size and it makes shopping here a breeze. As for quality, their clothing will hold up for several years as long as you wash it properly. This location, however, is not necessarily my favorite. They have a decent selection and all sizes are available, but they are always under-staffed. This results in searching for someone to help you find things, waiting for them to open the dressing room, and always having to wait to pay. And, usually with only one cashier, if you get stuck behind someone making a return/exchange(which is very likely because it happens every time I’m there) you will be waiting a decent amount of time. The staff is hit or miss. Two associates walked by me today and didn’t even acknowledge me! They don’t seem to be consistent with their coupon acceptance as well. Sometimes they will let you use it on the clearance, and sometimes they won’t. This is frustrating because their coupons are typically«spend $xxx get $xxx off». So I will make sure that I go to the counter with at least the required amount but then they’ll tell me certain items can’t be used with the coupon. I get it, there’s fine print on it but even which that, staff is not consistent with following the fine print.

I’m shocked this store got such low ratings. My experience coming here was fantastic. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door and was acknowledged by every employee while I was shopping asking if I needed any help. All the employees had a great attitude and a smile. The manager had put a dress on hold for me and was super helpful and friendly. I wish I could remember her name but I already forgot. A+ for fantastic customer service and experience! Thank you!

The girls are unfriendly. They make no eye contact whatsoever and look painfully annoyed. Sorry, but someone has to do the job. Don’t give me attitude for it. I just want my clothes! I bought a dress in this store, the barcode in the dress is different than in the receipt. When I went to return the dress, the cash register person declined to give credit, instead offered me for an even exchange. This is so bad. Be careful to check the bar code before leave the store.

Is there anyway to get rid of that security guard in the men’s section that just stands there and checks you out while you shop – I HATETHAT! They must have a serious theft problem at this store in the men’s area, but this is really intimidating. I rather shop at another Express. If you must, then just have a guard at the door that EVERYONE has to show their receipt to and bag with merchandise to make sure that you paid. Like at Costco. Would that help? I rather do that, than have someone stare at me while I shop.

At this particular location the customer service is horrible. I’ve been in here on multiple occasions where I was in the store for 20minutes or more without ever being greeted or asked if I needed something. And I’m not a prissy person in the slightest, but when there are hardly any other clients in the store and the entire staff is at the checkout desk chatting, is it too much to expect a greeting when I go in planning on spending money in their store? I don’t think so. I have even had to «disrupt» their conversation before to ask for a fitting room because they were so wrapped up in their conversation instead of their customers. Since that last experience I have not, and will not, be wasting my time or money here in the future.

Although this location is farther, i have to say this place has come through for me, when Del Amo has not. I’m sure this stacks as a 5 star in dude’s books too– since if i find something in stock here, that means one less thing i gotta quest for. repeated note: I would just love if they would bring the old Editor back. Me no like change.
