I was having trouble finding a company that would be able to clean my very high up cathedral type windows, but Jeff, The Clean DR came through. Communication was great prior to coming and I do appreciate that he would travel all the way up to Arlington to take on this job, which I consider to be potentially dangerous. I am super pleased with his work. My windows are so sparkling clean… it seems like you’re looking out at nature with no pane of glass! I would recommend Jeff, The Clean DR in a heartbeat.

I highly recommend this company. We needed someone to come clean the moss off our roof per our home sales agreement. I needed someone to come quickly, not charge me an arm and a leg, and to not damage my roof. I specifically did not want someone to try to pressure-wash it, as that can be very damaging. The Clean doctor met all of my requirements promptly and with courtesy. On the day of service, he let me know that he was running a little behind schedule, which I greatly appreciated as it allowed me run some errands and I wasn’t stuck at home wondering where he was. He spent a significant amount of time up on my roof – even in the rain – and when he was done, he emailed me before and after pictures so I could see what I paid for. All in all a very good experience and I won’t hesitate to have him back for future work.

I have to write again, because this guy is quick! And good! I sent an email yesterday afternoon requesting a gutter cleaning, and he responded right away, and has already been to the house and completed the job. I’m moving to a condo, but will spread the word to friends with clogged gutters and other roof related issues, that this is the guy to call!

Updated 8÷7÷12, and it seems I mis-wrote about his advertising. I did rate at this level because he never got back to us with the requested quote. We called because of Unilocal rating, looking for a roof cleaner. He advertises roof cleaning which I understood to be pressure washing. He came out, looked at the whole roof, then said «I blow the debris off the roof, I don’t pressure wash». I was surprised by my mistake. Noting he did windows I asked for a quote, which he gave, then left. Later that day I emailed requesting a change to the quote. He emailed back stating he was ‘out’ and would respond later. That was two weeks ago. No response. However, I did get a comment from the owner on 8÷7÷12. He does seem like a nice guy.
