This apartment community is awful and the management company is just as awful. The walls are paper thin you can hear everything. Also having to turn on our heat for half of the year as it is SO cold in the apartments. My electrical bill was over 300 a month! There are 18 apartments over 50 people living there and probably 30 dogs(which by the way are left at home and bark ALL day, its so bad it literally sounds like a kennel and where do you think they go to the bathroom, that’s right in the dirt area right in front door. One day I walked outside and almost stepped on it I waited a couple days still not cleaned up so I emailed Patricia and she did nothing. Halls are disgusting and carpet is terrible in hallway they never clean them dog hair and dirt through out when told Patricia she ignored the request to have the hallways cleaned. Packages cannot be delivered as there is no call box the door just locks so Ups cannot get in there is no office no management on site when we had the storm this last winter we lost power for 5 days because there was no one around to reset the switch. I called Patricia letting here know we had no power and it was not for two days later she sent someone to reset power switch. There no washer and dryer in the units which is a nightmare the washer and dryer that they have for use or old dirty machine and is located down in the dungeon next to the septic tank which makes for a horrible smell while you do your laundry. Also, you have to pay to do your laundry $ 1.50 to wash and $ 1.00 to dry I would have to put in 3 dollars just to dry as they are very old machines also with all the people living there it is virtually impossible to get a free machine and to be honest they did not wash very well at all. My neighbor smokes and this is a non smoking building I have to pick up her dirty nasty cigarette buds. Patricia the leasing agent who works for Insight Properties is the leasing agent charge is very unhelpful and rude and offsite whom you don’t see but leaves notes all over that are not nice. I can rent a brand new apartment in downtown redmond for the same price they are renting for. This was a horrible dirty place to live. The people whom are your neighbors are inconsiderate and rude. The apartments were done very poorly and cheap. There are no garbage disposals Don’t live there! Insight Properties is to blame as they hire incompetent people to manage!!! So let me break it down again there– No garbage disposal Walls and floors are like paper No washer and dryer in unit Dogs crap on property Management that is incompetent Cannot receive packages Dogs barking all day long Dirty

I just read the other review and I have to say I agree. The place is fine but for the dollar figure to live here I would be expecting more. The stairways carpet it’s ruined already, 18 apartments(maybe 50 people) and 2 washers/driers. 30 gal hot water systems, think of it this way a man has a short shower and it’s empty. Stone cold. Noise, very load floors and thin walls. Cold also. No lights in living area and no modern fittings. Plus the rents just went up. Also the place is for sale now the cleaners only come the morning before any inspections.

The Building: No office, and no access for carrier services, so you can’t get packages delivered here. Management has said that you should use an alternative off-site method. I get my packages delivered at work, but other residents have gone so far as to prop doors open and leave passive aggressive notes all around. People have complained to management about each other instead of management providing a solution. The hollow floors amplify every step taken on the fake hardwood(plastic), making it possible to hear every step anyone takes within 30 ft. I’m on the top floor, and I can’t imagine what it would sound like to someone below me when I am annoying MYSELF by walking. The walls are paper thin. Having the bedrooms of each unit located next to one another is… awkward. to say the least. If you value your privacy, you will be extremely uncomfortable. There are 18 units in the building, with roughly 2 residents each, but there are 2 sets of washer/dryers downstairs. Never count on getting your laundry done when you plan to. The Units: The aesthetics are the best thing the Anna has going for it by far. The units themselves are incredibly pretty which is what initially sold me, but they are lacking. No in-unit washer dryer. No garbage disposals. Small water heaters so your shower gets cold after 15 minutes. Cheap appliances. Those crappy energy wasting wall heaters that have basically two settings: Off and Volcano. The Construction: These were recently remodeled. The company that did the construction overlooked quite a few things and the construction is sloppy and cheap. My kitchen sink was broken when I moved in and leaked all over the place. You could pull the shower head right out of the wall if you wanted to. Pieces of wood siding were not adhered to the walls so I threw them in a drawer. The plastic was never removed from my smoke alarm and the thing is 10 ft up the wall. I eventually had to have the maintenance guy uncover it. The Location: If you work in Redmond it makes sense. If you don’t, there is absolutely no benefit to living here. Traffic in and out of Redmond is awful. You have to go through downtown Redmond to get to 520. Redmond could win an award for the most confused drivers and the most poorly timed lights in the US. The Neighbors: A few friendly folks, but way more inconsiderate folks. People let their dogs bark all day. The barking dogs have been such a problem that people have moved out because of them. You will here them all day, and that is not an exaggeration. People leave their laundry in the dryers for hours after it is done so you have to take it out for them. People park in assigned spots that aren’t theirs. People have late night parties without telling their neighbors ahead of time. People slam their doors all the time. People leave passive aggressive notes for each other about dogs and parking spots and not propping the doors open and beeping smoke alarms. The Management: The apartments are managed quite sloppily and unprofessionally by Insite Property solutions, who also manages Luna Sol Apartments and Juanita Creek Apartments in Kirkland.(so if you are also looking at those, don’t bother.) Management does nothing to effectively address the issues facing the community. They only exist to collect rent payments. The Price: At around 1400 a month for a one bedroom, this is another all too common example of a property company taking advantage of the bloated market to charge luxury prices for mediocrity. If you can afford an apartment here, you can afford a better one with thicker walls, a washer dryer, and a work out room. Keep looking.
