My 2 grande drinks were missing about 1.5 inches of drink from the tops — didn’t notice until we were out of the parking lot and did not have time to return and complain. Acceptable if I’d asked for coffee with room, but TOTALLY unacceptable for a $ 5 drink! Check your drinks before you leave!

Well… I have been going to Starbucks for many, many years. I am shocked how I was treated this evening. As I walked up, a young man literally closed the door on me to say they were closed. I am okay with them closing on time, I know they have to clean etc. The shocking and disappointing thing is that there were still customers in line ordering. We were the only ones walking in, if there were a bunch of us, I might understand. I have been in retail, food service and management for years now. This was horrible customer service. I am appalled this occurred.

What a great and super fun Starbucks. This location is really fun and the people here are nice and awesome. Honestly this is my first Starbucks in the Seattle area and it just brings be home. Great feeling when you are able to feel like you’re back at home again when in a different state.

Great Baristas! Lots of Light. Clean store. Music level lower than Pine Lake, doesn’t impede biz mtg by forcing othets to raise voices to communicate… ThankYou!

It is a regular Starbucks, but I frequent it because of its location, timing(open till 11PM), and comfortable chairs and tables for working on a laptop or reading a book.

Honestly, this Starbucks is a pain in the ass to get to. Although, the service is fast and friendly, the drive-thru is in the worst location and the parking lot in the front literally has six stalls and if anyone is driving a large SUV, forget about getting in there. During non-peak times it’s probably the fastest of the four locations within the Redmond Town Center vicinity. If you’re looking for coffee but in a hurry, go into the TC and hit the Starbucks there. You can park on the street, dash in and dash out.

The baristas are friendly, the location is clean and has plenty of seating, but the quality of their drinks is inconsistent. The espresso is usually burnt or it sat too long, and the milk is frothy, making your drink extremely light and almost airy. There are better Starbucks in the vicinity!

I lived in Redmond for years and only went to this Starbucks after I moved to Seattle. I was in the area to go to La Isla, so my dad and I stopped in to get a cup of coffee and sit and chat for a while. It’s a really nice Starbucks, better lay out than the Sbux in the same strip mall as the Trader Joe’s and the QFC. Nice chairs and whatnot, feels cozier, though from the outside just looks like any other concrete chain Sbux.

Starbucks is over crowded there were 4 people in uniforms supposed to be working and 2 of the gals were standing behind the counter chatting about there dates that night. The cashier was nice and the barista man was stressed out and rude. I was in a hurry so I ordered ice tea(which is premade behind the counter, just needed to add ice). The 4 people behind me got there super fancy blended drinks that took a lot of time to make and the barista man forgot all about my ice tea. 20 minutes later I got frustrated and left without a drink because my husband was having a fit and we were going to be late to dinner. Another bad experience at Starbucks. If you are looking for an alternative coffee place that has good coffee and service go to Victors or Mercury coffee co in Redmond or Kirkland

There are a total of three Starbucks inside the official RTC property boundaries. Just to be clear, this is NOT one of the two Starbucks located in the main shopping area of RTC. Rather, this is the third one on the outskirts of the RTC complex, just off of Redmond Way on 170th by the Dairy Queen and across from BofA. The best part of this Starbucks is the drive-thru. It’s always super speedy to get through and your drink is usually ready by the time you reach the window and have finished paying — even if there was no one in front of you. I’ve never had a drink mixup — they are always sure to clearly repeat your order back to you at the speaker and also check the drink label before they hand it to you out the window. Inside is pretty speedy too and it’s quiet, which is nice if you want to read or study.

Since we go there far too often, my husband and I decided against going to our regular Duvall Starbucks this morning. We had a few extra minutes when we rolled into Redmond on our commute to work so we stopped by this convenient Starbucks, which is right on the way to 520. Big mistake! Our first red flag should have been the two cars forced to sit in the middle of the parking lot because a parking attendant couldn’t let them into the drive thru line yet. The first car was let through quickly. However, the driver ahead of us had to sit and wait for several minutes(for no apparent reason). Same thing when it came to our turn. Guess this must be a fire code or something, which is good yet frustrating! Having to wait once then wait again in the drive thru line is not a relaxing way to start the day. When finally allowed into the drive thru, we again had to sit and wait SEVERAL minutes. Not sure what was taking so long in a drive thru! When we finally reached the window the barista was in a chatty mood and seemed to have not a care in the world. Meanwhile, we were feeling stressed as we were about to be late to work! While it was fun to try a new location and the drinks tasted wonderful, we’ll avoid this place unless we have a 15 – 20 minutes(i.e. ½ of our commute time) to spare!

One of my favorite locations based on outstanding service — polite, smart, and customer-oriented above and beyond many other Starbucks in the area. Love the new addition of the long table that seats 8 – 12 people. (FYI this is the location with the drive thru next to Dairy Queen, on the back/east side of Redmond Town Center — this is not one of the ones in the center of RTC)

3.5 Stars. Located right in the center of Redmond Town Center Mall. I like this location where all the baby mama congregate. I see many desperate housewives reunion here so this location is interesting to people watch. Nice comfortable booth seating inside and outside seating for sunny weather. It is partly cover with shade because of the stairway and elevator. Also, next to a fountain where many parents go let their child run wild under the water. The service is consistently friendly and good coffee. I mostly ordered a caramel macchiato, mocha or some sort of iced green tea. I stay away from Frappuccino since I do not like drinking my calories equal to a Big Mac! Yes, I do enjoy my Fivebucks most of the time. A-Ok.

People in Washington are spoiled by their Starbucks. Fireplaces, sofas, and better made coffee than other states. This place makes the drinks pretty good on a regular basis and has an excellent location. One of the cool things about this location is it is close to a bike and jogging trail so you can stop in and chill for a while out for some light exercise.

So… the boyfriend works for Microsoft in Redmond & I was left at the town center mall thing to my own devices. What’s the proper way to start a day of shopping? DUH! Starbucks! What I love about this one: *Great set up, with nice booth seating to sit & sip… great people watching vantage! * If you buy a drink in the morning, they will stamp your receipt & you can return for a $ 2 grande iced drink after 2pm! *They even topped me off with a free drink coupon for their new blended drinks(can’t remember the spelling). Gotta love Starbucks :)

A nice place to get a cup of coffee or a mocha. I like it because it is always consistent. If you drink mochas or lattes you know that every barista is different and at some places it is hit or miss. They always stick to the recipe which is good and bad. Good because it is always tasty, bad because variety is the spice of life. Yet the prices now suck and the wifi is not free. Screw the chain. +2 stars because Starbucks was one of the first companies to get fair trade coffee and to accommodate LGBT couples.

After the Peet’s debacle today, I decided to try my luck again before church. I’ve been to this Starbuck’s many times and it’s consistently good. I, for one, welcome the green apron-wearing overlords to my neighborhood. One of the best things about this specific location is that they have a drive through. It’s slow and the rain drips in to your car when you order, but you can still get your fix without getting out . Staff is always nice here too. I’ve had a few really nice experiences in dealing with them. Coffee is pretty much standard Starbuck’s. Never had an exceptional cup here nor have I had a bad one.
