Renowned Roofing

Wonderful experience. I had a leak in my roof due to old flashing and a rusted out old chimney. I contacted Colt on a Thursday. He had an estimate with clear photos the following day. I tried to contact a few other roofers to get some comparable estimates and they wouldn’t even touch it due to it being Chimney work as well. So I reached out to Colt again and asked him to move forward. He asked if I planned using the chimney because he could repair it but it might be better to remove it completely to minimize issues in the future. I was on the fence about it so he said he would come look at the stove for me. After seeing that it was stove possibly from the 20s or 30s he gave me his opinion I would continue to have issues with it. He had the chimney removed and roofed over the area in a couple hours. He also noticed another area of concern at my strike pole that had started to rust. Catching that saved me from a future much larger problem. Also, extremely reasonably priced and friendly. I will only use Renowned Roofing from now on and recommend to my friends and coworkers.

We needed a skylight leak fixed and Colt responded promptly, got us a new custom skylight ordered and installed, and fixed some shoddy work performed by a furnace installation contractor. Trustworthy, responsive, and very reasonably priced. A++
