I store my RV there. Easy parking for RV, lot of space to park, large entrance, no bump, no tree, no ants. Travis did an amazing job to get me check in few minutes.

I had such a wondeful experience with Travis and Zoe. I completed my initial new paperwork with Travis and I had such a positive experience with this storage property.
I had another great experience with Zoe and she went out of her way to stay after close to make sure my unit was available for me.
I could not be happier with this Public Storage! I would highly recommend this Public Storage to anyone!

I work for a software company next door and needed a very specific sized box to ship a work station to a customer.
I spoke with Brandon over the phone and based on his advice, I came in to see options for myself.
Jason (the district manager) was onsite to help and both were so helpful and polite. I found exactly what I needed and Jason offered to walk my order out the door.
I will be back for sure!

While I didn’t end up renting a storage unit from this location, Travis did a fantastic job of showing me the property and making me feel like this was the place for me. Ultimately, I was able to find a closer location at a slightly better price than they offered, and ended up going there.

Very well maintained facility. Clean units, and very secure. But more importantly, the staff and management are friendly, helpful, and responsive to your needs. Travis and his team are great, and I feel comfortable storing my belongings with them.

After researching most of the self storage units around Redmond, I felt Public Storage had the best overall facility. Their rates seem to be just a bit higher than other or are comparable to others. However, their facility is very clean and secure, and is one of the few that is heated. I especially found Balbir, the manager, very pleasant and helpful.
