I don’t even know where to begin. I couldn’t get my order correct because the employee taking the order kept getting it wrong. They took away one of their best $ 5 fill up. The employee’s were very nice and seemed to be self absorbed in their own conversation rather then with helping customers. My order still turned out wrong, but was oddly enough correct on the receipt. My food was OK, biscuits tasted a little old and the gravy infused with the mash potatoes. when I got home, my bag ripped because they over stuffed it so half my food was ruined. It was a bad visit and I can’t see myself going here again.

After you get the food, press it hard in your hand, you will be able to notice how much additional oil is still left in it, now you can make a choice!!!

I spent $ 30 on 8 pieces of chicken, 2 sides and biscuits in the drive through. Without asking they added $ 3 for half a gallon of powder mix lemonade. Our family took this dinner to Marymoor park where we quickly found only napkins but no utensils. Our sides of Cole slaw and mashed potatoes w gravy could not be eaten. Total fail. Don’t come back, worst kfc ever

Ate here last night at about 6:30. This particular visit the customer service was very good, cashier was knowledgeable, service was fast and order accurate, and the food was stocked and available. The mashed potatoes were scalding hot which was fine. But to my disappointment my chicken wings were 1. Barely warm 2. The little meat that was on it was no longer tender like it was stuck in a low setting warming oven for several hours 3. It was STALE. If toast could taste like chicken… It barely had skin. The batter/breading tasted like CHICKENTOAST. WTH happened? This was unacceptable. Why the inconsistency? Make enough chicken just before the lunch rush and just before the dinner rush but don’t leave it sitting all day. This was still middle of dinner. It’s not like we got there just before close. I want fresh piping hot fried chicken wings just like the previous time I came in and expect that standard for future visits.

Food: 3 star(well, it’s KFC… how bad can it be: P) Service: 1 star For all you coupon-lovers out there, don’t come to this KFC. I’ve been using the coupon that I got from the facebook group to get 4 biscuits, 2 large sides, 8 hot bites, and 8 pieces of chicken for $ 19.99. Other KFC don’t know this coupon either, but they were able to give me the deal or substitute regular bites for hot bites. However, the manager(?) at this place was UNABLE to give me that deal because they DONOTHAVEIT. Unfriendly, unhelpful, and close to rude. Also he kept asking if I wanted to pay $ 19.99 to get 8 hot bites, and he asked more than once even though I explained to him very carefully… I don’t know maybe he’s just retarded @@…Unlike other managers that just authorized the deal he refused to do it. Well, it sux when there’s a coupon but you cannot use it. I’m not gonna go there again! Screw you stupid Redmond KFC… the Bellevue one was much better than you!

This is a brief review of a carry-out order from the KFC in Redmond(15802 Bear Creek Pkwy). My brother offered to pick me up some dinner. I chose KFC. He reported that the staff was friendly. However, he had to repeat the order multiple times to get it correct. The food was quickly prepared. The food was also neatly packed. Upon getting home, each item was still warm. Mac N Cheese — This is about as bland as mac n cheese can get. It reminds me of something that would be served up at the local old folks home. Is it 4:30 yet? Mashed Potatoes & Gravy — Well, if you like KFC mashed potatoes and gravy, this is spot on. I used to really love it. But, these days, I find it a little lacking in flavour. Biscuits — Well, they still have that wonderful KFC biscuit flavour and texture. They melted in my mouth. But, is it me? or do they just keep getting smaller and smaller. What is up with the fake honey? I leave the country for awhile. I come back and KFC has slipped in some type of fake honey substitute. Extra Crispy Chicken — Hmmm, I’ve eaten a lot of KFC chicken. This chicken was not as flavourful as most. It was as if, instead of 11, it only had 7 secret herbs and spices. However, the chicken was very moist and the breading was extra crispy. It just didn’t have that full on KFC flavour. I really missed those extra 4 herbs and spices. Receipt(big dinner for one): $ 11,25 Overall — This was certainly not my favourite KFC meal. The chicken lacked some flavour. Everything else was pretty much as I expected. In the future, I think I will forgo their mac n cheese. The staff was friendly and the food was neatly packed. This is a decent but not excellent KFC. Three stars on the International Fast Food Scale.

The Good: 11 Herbs and Spices. ‘Nuff said. The Bad: The quality is not soo good despite the corporate powers for the franchise. Many times our chicken was either wiggly(too much moisture in the heating space for already cooked chicken), missing pieces, broken bones, and cold sides. The cost for some items is extreme considering how unsatisfied you feel after you eat. The employees attitudes are usually poor. More recently, many new employees have a better attitude, but many still have a chip on their shoulder. The Ugly: The store is small, and very, VERY cold. A/C always on and no heating in the dining space sans a few space heaters that are not adequate to heat the dining space. The parking is a daymare. Today they had busted sprinklers in sub 30 degree temps. So a huge ice problem soon. The drive thru is a jacking waiting to happen. Dark, unmonitored, well hidden, lots of spaces to hide. Also very small, so driving through is a pain. Conclusion: You go here because you have an addiction to the food they make. We only go to this place with coupons because it is that bad.

I haven’t lived in Redmond in a couple years and purely by chance I found my way into this KFC tonight. We rolled in 30 minutes before they close the lobby was clean, employees nice and chicken hot. They were running out of a few items but that close to closing time at a KFC it’s expected.

I’m pretty sure this is a «Corporate Store» It appears to have a new-er menu, with more«affordable» options. It’s still pricey for your traditional chicken plates. They now try to offer you chicken sandwiches and a drink with plain/gross potato wedges for around $ 6 The food is about average, and if you eat here, it will probably cool off before you finish(it seems like there’s some sort of air vent over every table) I’m not impressed, will only go when I have a coupon (My previous review was meant for another KFC)

3.5 star? I am not sure how to rate a fast food chain. My experience here was not as bad or «dramatic» as some other Unilocalers’. I just went in, placed my order, got my food, and left. The employee who helped me out was okay. She was not too rude but not particularly friendly either. I do remember it has a narrow drive way. I do not think you can get around to get into the parking lot to eat in if there is a line for the drive thru. I agree with my fellow Unilocaler that fast food nowadays is not so cheap anymore. It costs similar what you pay at a nice local restaurant. The only difference is that this is actually«FAST» food. So 4-star«I’m a fan» might be a bit too high, 3.5 star it is then.

This place is horrible. I usually like KFC, but the quality at this one is really really bad. Instead if you’re craving fried chicken in this area hit the QFC for their fried chicken across the street. You’ll have a much better experience.

When you’re on Redmond Way and your fast food options are limited to Wendy’s and KFC, you know you’re stuck between a rock and a hard place. Unsure of which was the lesser of the two evils, I randomly picked KFC for lunch and was left wishing that this town could somehow improve the quality of their fast food restaurants. It’s depressing when even fast food doesn’t become much more appealing than«normal» food for people who are on a budget. I walked into this place on one sunny afternoon and was surprised to find the place crowded. There was actually a line of people waiting to make their orders, and most of the tables had already been taken. I didn’t quite imagine that demand for fried chicken would be like this here. Must have been the weekend deal they were having, because it’s not a completely pleasant restaurant to hang around in. I looked at the menu, ordered a combo with three pieces of chicken because it looked the most appealing, took a number(the receipt), and waited. Couple of problems here. First, the cashier was a bit rude and apparently impatient with my ignorance of what exactly a combo here entails. I don’t come to KFC very often, so I wouldn’t know that I’m given a choice of original, grilled, or crispy fried chicken. I had no idea that I could get mashed potatoes, coleslaw, or something else with my meal. I know that the people behind the counter probably have to put up with stupid customers all the time, but I still expect the people serving me at a restaurant to not roll their eyes at me and be so irascible. Second, the guy didn’t give me a cup for the soft drink. I had to ask for it myself. Third, the wait took too long. Why should they take so long getting a simple meal ready when they clearly have a bunch of fried chicken being openly heated behind the counter? I walked back up to the counter to pick up the combo in a plastic bag. For $ 9.30, I got two thighs, one drumstick, one biscuit, one cup of mashed potatoes with gravy, one cup of coleslaw, and one cup of Pepsi. Is it just me, or is fast food pretty much the same price as normal restaurant food nowadays? With that price, they could have conceivably added one or two more pieces of chicken in there, but I knew what I was getting myself into when I ordered it so I won’t complain about it not being enough. Of course, I could have also gone for their weekend-exclusive deal where you get a ten-piece bucket for eleven dollars. But that seems a bit excessive for one person, don’tcha think? The chicken pieces felt a little small; maybe the chickens they’re killing to get this meat are getting smaller. They’re also very greasy(duh), and also kind of soggy, probably from sitting out too long. Maybe I should have gotten the crispy variety instead. The chicken skin shouldn’t be so soft. I’ve had better fried chicken from the deli sections of supermarkets. It still tasted all right, though. The biscuit, mashed potatoes, coleslaw, and soft drink all came with no surprises; they were of standard quality so they actually tasted pretty good. The overall experience at the restaurant is quite a letdown, however. $ 9.30 for one meal for one person isn’t even really that cheap anymore, so if you’re going to spend that much, you might as well spend it on something that’s not junk food. Unless you really have a hankering to eat fried chicken at the moment, there’s a ton of restaurants around this one that deserve your money more than this KFC.

This was top 5 worst ‘food’ I have ever eaten in my entire life. And bar none the worst service I have ever experienced. I have eaten at all kinds of restraunts from vegas to los angeles to seattle. This is the worst experience ever. and we paid real actual money for this garbage!!! The employees were unhelpful, unpleasant and combative. What a miserable atmosphere. The dining room was filthy so we took it to go. There was no manager to speak to, and Ramona the ‘shift leader’ was the rudest out of the 3 employees we interacted with. Dont even get me started on the food i think im going to puke. Dont bother asking for honey or butter, the scoff and attitude you get is not worth the time. Who is running this place anyways?

Okay. The drive thru is narrow and twisty and generally sucks. The employees aren’t exactly pleasant. This location runs out of items pretty regularly. But dude. It’s a KFC. Were your expectations really that high? I hit up this location when I need a snacker, which is one of my favorite snack foods of all time. It isn’t a grand experience, but I get what I need! I’m also quite confused as to why the chicken buckets are so much more expensive now. Whatever, I’ll stick with the snackers!

A very irritating KFC experience. 1) Their drive thru is horrendously designed. Huge pain to get around that tight squeeze, and drive thru cars block cars entering the parking lot that want to eat in. 2) I’m irritated by the trend of fast food restaurants where as soon as you pull up, a pre-recorded greeting starts, and then a «real» person chimes in after you start ordering. However, usually those greetings are done well. This place’s greeting was obnoxiously loud, way too long, and spoken by someone with an accent so thick and slurred I could barely understand it. 3) Service at said drive thru was very slow, and not particularly friendly. All that said, my Double Down was still delicious, but you can find a better place to get one a few miles up the road in Juanita.

Ok, I had Ezell’s a few weeks back, and man, did it leave me jonesin’ for fried chicken today. Unfortunately(or so I thought), the only place to get fried chicken within walking distance of work was this here KFC with all the super-crappy reviews. Steeling myself for«the worst KFC ever»(I’m from NYC, and I used to frequent that Taco Bell that got shut down for being a «rat playground», so let me tell you… I was expecting a nasty hellhole), I went over there, vowing to peer in the window and then run away as soon as I saw a dirty table. Lo and behold, the whole place was strangely clean, and may even have been renovated recently. Inside, there were racks full of fairly fresh-looking chicken! I was pretty astounded, so I went up and asked for a thigh and a biscuit a la carte. The cashier was frowny and seemed to have an attitude, but it wasn’t directed at me, apparently, because he gave me my food without giving me any grief, and even cracked a smile. Maybe KFC isn’t his dream job, but he did it efficiently. I didn’t see any hygiene hijinks firsthand, but I was only at the counter for like 2 minutes, so I’ll just ASSuME that I won’t get diptheria or whatever you get when people don’t wash their hands and then give you food. The chicken was GOOD! I had a crispy thigh, and enjoyed every minute of it… dare I say it… as much as Ezells!!!1! About an hour afterwards, I felt like I’d drunk a bottle of oil, because that’s basically what I did, eating that chicken. It was delicious in the moment though.

Ughh! I went here tonight and it was… interesting. I’ve been craving some fried chicken, and decided to «eat in» so that my food wouldn’t get cold(this one is 20 mins. from my house). Well, while we were waiting in line, these big drunk guys came in and made a scene! They ordered, decided their wings were dry and then demanded their money back. They were yelling, and fighting with the employees and acting ridiculous. I was seriously scared and wanted to leave. As for our food… it was ok… the chicken strips were dry, but only on the edges. They also put gravy on our potatoes, after we specifically ordered them without gravy. The tables were dirty and I was terrified the whole time we were in there.

I’ve written a few fast food reviews in the past, and while I’m almost inclined to agree with the other reviewers on this place’s subpar food, there is one thing that this place has that makes it all awesome is the boneless wings, fiery buffalo style. As one who has been missing Buffalo Wild Wings since leaving Illinois, this will have to do.

I’ve started going to the Factoria restaurant when I have a hankering for breaded disappointment, because these guys are going downhill. I don’t understand how these guys can have award plaques all over their walls. I mean, the folks working here are decent people, and the food isn’t tainted or anything, but it just isn’t up to my fast-food standards. Their parking lot looks like it was hit by a bomb, their eating area is always littered with wrappers and stray potato wedges, and the folks at the counter aren’t particularly friendly. I’m thinking KFC is only still in business because it’s the only fast-food chain restaurant that serves fried chicken around here. The portions are shrinking, the prices are soaring, and the service is lacking. But don’t take my word for it, check out the chicken strip photo.
