It’s great to deal with local people that work hard to meet the needs of owners and renters without cutting corners. Most importantly, they don’t just collect application fees for overwhelmed properties. Honest, prompt and accurate, I will be recommending them to other owners and businesses.

I used this company to secure a rental in Redmond when I moved across the country in 2009. I am one of those people who NEVER sign my name to a legal contract until I have read the entire body of it. And they said that was ok, but became annoyed (loud repeated sighs after glancing my way) when I was sitting there for 45 minutes in the lobby area doing just that. I pretended not to notice by simply ignoring it. And she waited.
But the worst thing is that they stole my cleaning deposit of $ 250. I video taped the entire unit before and after my 6 month stay, and it was left in better shape than when I moved in. Their previous cleaning staff hadn’t even bothered to clean the appliances, cupboards, or drawer faces. Indeed, when I moved out, I had several friends help me over 2 days to clean every last surface, whether it was already clean or not. We’re talking a 900 square foot apartment, so it wasn’t much of a job, but I wanted that cleaning deposit back.
Only a couple months later did I realize that I was never credited my cleaning fee and I was told that the $ 250 was used to clean the apartment. Yes, the immaculately already-​cleaned apartment. Unfortunately, I didn’t have the video any longer and was short on time to research the process to them to small claims court on it. I see another reviewer here did just that. Very unhappy with the HDPM experience.
