Flexasoft

I would give this company half a star if I could for unethical behavior. Especially since I’m a recruiter I know how wrong this is. I’m writing to warn others about this company based on what happened to friend today. A super junior recruiter Phil Franco (2 month exp.) reached out to a candidate and told him he would submit him to a full time position at Microsoft. He then called again to set up an interview in person with no phone screen 1^st. All of this was agreed to by the candidate but when the details for the interview were sent to him, it came from someone at Mind tree. So that is when the candidate got skeptical about if this was a real interview. So he asked Phil Franco to tell him, was this still a FTE with Microsoft and and he said no. So he admitted to lying. It was with a Mind tree person meeting him at Microsoft. He then was not sure he even wanted to waste his time by going if he was being lied to so he tried to find out was it a direct position still at Microsoft and if there were the benefits etc. he reached out to mind tree (never heard back from them) and to flexasoft and he told him he would call back with more details and never did. So basically lied to and and discarded. Not good recruiter practices. AVOID them if you don’t want to be misled. Not a great quality in an employer. How about training your junior recruiters in best practices, ie not bait and switching, and generally being ethical Flexasoft?!
