Cedar Ridge Condominium Associations

Location — So very close to Microsoft,
Shopping — Closer to Redmond downtown, Kirkland (we visit costco often),
Commute — Awesome Good public transportation as well
Community –: Clean, although we’d love to see them clear the leaves often
Others –
–A small trail around the community definitely helps

Overall, I give them a 4*. I’d have given them a 3, but the location trips this up to 4.

Right next to Microsoft, off Redmond Way, Cedar Ridge is very centrally located. Everything you need is either a few blocks up or down Redmond Way. Jamba Juice, Starbucks, Trader Joes, and QFC are all within walking distance.
The condo’s are located in a thick forest, which is a wonderful setting in the summer, but not as much fun in the winter.
There is a pool which is open from mid-​May to early-​September. The pool and clubhouse is always clean, and you are allowed to bring unlimited guests.
The property is well maintained. At least once a week, landscapers come and take care of things.
I’m only giving 3 stars because I can’t really think of anything amazing about this place, but it is clean, well-​kept, and the property mgr is nice.
