Arby’s

I haven’t been thinking Arby’s for many years. For reasons that I don’t remember, I would shy away from it with vague recollections of a negative experience. I ordered three sliders, fries, and a salted caramel chocolate chip cookie. I was wrong, the sandwiches were very tasty. Roast beef is a welcome change from the hamburgers and chicken sandwiches that other fast food joints have to offer. The roast beef and jalapeño slider was especially good. The cookie was soft and gooey with loads of chocolate. All for under $ 7. I think after this experience, Arby’s place in my fast-​food hierarchy is behind Taco Bell and Chic-​Fil-​A, but in front of McDonalds or Burger King.

Hadn’t been to an Arby’s in over 15 years. Always thought of it as greasy, gross and poor quality. This evening, after I noticed it had been remodeled I decided to give it a try. This location was super clean. The service was very friendly. The food was yummy and fresh. Curly fries were really good. Roast beef Sandwich yummy and fresh. I will be back.

The manager (of ALL people) got my order wrong and over-​charged me. He charged me for a sandwich, a fry and a drink, all separately. When I informed him of his mistake, all he wanted to do was try to explain to me how I ordered it wrong. Which is not possible because I ordered by value meal NUMBER, not individually. I couldn’t believe what was happening. He actually refused to correct HIS error or admit that he made one! Is this what we have to look forward to as Millennial’s become managers in the work-​place??? No matter, I will NEVER go to Arby“s again… You just lost a customer for life because of your pettiness… Plus, the sandwiches were REALLY dry and the food gave me gas! Such bad gas I was ostracized for days afterward…

Complete mistake to step into this Arby’s with the snobbish, crude rude unfriendly asian manager man in black for lunch 4÷5÷2016 & a complete never to go in when the restaurant is working on retrofitting the restaurant exterior. The inside smell of constructions dust and debris. Yakkk! We ordered 2 french dip and ask for 2 glass of warm water and was charge 10 cents + tax each cup ! Never heard of in my life! Seems like they are out to drain the seniors off their pension. The french dip came with buns cold and the meat too was on the cold side you could tell it because the cheese did not even melt enough. The beef layer was so thin and only 2 – 3 slices. But beware the dip is so HOT that its above boiling point and burns my tongue and mouth! When we brought this up to the Man in Black, his attitude was ‘that’s the way we serve our french dip’, so ‘take it or leave it’, we did leave it in a hurry and left never to return to another arby because of the man in black …

Restaurant was very clean. The staff were very clean also presentable without food debris on their uniforms. I got greeted the minute I walked in the door. Even was entertained with small talk… A lot of times when you go into a fast food restaurant it short sweet and to the point. The lady at the front counter really made me feel welcomed and appreciated. This is a nice restaurant. It has outdoor seating for several people it’s covered. Nice drive through and a big parking lot that’s surrounded by other businesses.

The staff at this location was very impressive! They were polite and acknowledged me as soon as I entered the restaurant. When not serving guests, they stayed busy tidying up the floor and kept it pristine.
This location has raised the bar for fast food service. The food was good as well, but it was the staff that caught my attention.

A little known fact about me is that my first job ever was at an Arby’s restaurant in Georgetown Seattle. And judging from my experience today some things never change. No less than 10 years later they are still using the exact same cash register :-). I have no beef with the outdated restaurant technology. No pun intended on the beef. My observation is strictly based on the taste and quality of food offered at Arby’s restaurant. The same is true now that was true then, its a restaurant for senior citizens. The roast beef sandwiches are flavorful enough and easy to chew. Recently, they came out with a new commercial for their brown sugar bacon sandwich and that was the reason for my visit today. I give the sandwich 3 stars. Arby’s has great curly fries I recommend pairing them with barbecue sauce, however, the sandwiches and main entrees if you will are what you would expect from a fast food restaurant chain. Subpar. But I enjoyed the blast from the past today and they have outdoor seating if you’re in Redmond and you like roast beef and outdoor seating and fast food check them out.

What you can typically expect from any Arby’s, but with super old dated features. They may want to think about redecorating…

Time matches on and it is unfortunate that this location is still open. Due to an issue with my hubby’s sandwich being cold I immediately informed the person in charge to which I was told and I quote, «we use a microwave to warm up all of our frozen meat so due to the number of seconds it takes in the microwave». I feel jipped. I don’t expect too much from fast food places but frozen and microwave heated food, not to mention selling me ice cold turnovers I AM DONE coming here. What a shame.

Three out of four employees were nice and treated me with respect over the phone. However, one of them ruined my day by reacting extremely negative, and even saying «Wow… Really? Listen to this guy!» To one of her co-​workers. Now, if all of them were positive, they would get five stars from me, due to the service and food, which I usually divide half and half. ½ of a star for the service of the other employees, which was not negative but not positive, and 2 and half stars for the food, which is great but not fantastic. I didn’t acquire the negative person’s name.

So this restaurant used to be the best Arby’s around but unfortunately it has been sold and you can tell by the servings in the food quality and the pricing of food has gone up.
I ordered the Philadelphia steak sandwich there is very little meat on their very little peppers on there the roast beef was cold and the bun was ripped. there was nobody there the tables were dirty I give this place a one star about the same lines as red Robin I don’t recommend it but try it yourself

Not my favorite place to eat but my coworker wanted to eat here. Weird 70’s style décor with the music from the same ERA. I ate the King Hawaiian beef brisket. It was tasty but a little fatty than I would like. The side salad was my heathy side. Fresh and crisp lettuce with pieces of tomatoes and cheese. I think there were some croutons but I don’t remember. This place could use some elbow grease to clean around the eating area. They should get rid of the carpet and update the interior.

Yummy jr roast beef (real roast beef not the crap you get elsewhere claiming to be roast beef) sandwich is the perfect platform for the perfect sauce — horsey. Yummy to the tummy. And so few places offer both devine curly fries and the ok straight ones. Even fewer fast food places understand the sanctity of a good fountain diet dr. pepper. My boyfriend has his favs. But this is about me the supporting gf that comes along when she might prefer Italian or mexican. There is always something here for me and all you who are in supporting roles.

They say that money can’t buy happiness. Well clearly, «they» have never eaten at Arby’s. This is such a delightful fast food restaurant. I actually have some cherished childhood memories of this place because my parents didn’t like to fork over a lot of cash for food, but I’m not going to let nostalgia bias my rating. My next visit several years later was just as satisfying as all the times I came here as a kid, and it’s nice to see roast beef sandwiches every once in a while (as opposed to buns around a generic beef patty or something).
My most recent visit to Arby’s began with three positive notes. First, I saw someone spraying the windows. As I walked in, I could smell that distinctive Arby’s smell (which I like) and see another guy cleaning the place up. Making my way to the counter, the guy there gave me the usual polite and perfunctory greeting that they do at fast food restaurants. I was able to order a lot of food here, but having a bunch of coupons allowed me to cut down the price by about four dollars. The prices certainly aren’t low, so I would recommend coming with a whole sheet of those coupons that they often send in the mail. It actually makes a big difference.
Service took about one minute, so I can’t really believe that they don’t make the food until after the customer orders it. But with food appearing so fast, it’s hard to complain. I picked up the tray of food, sat down at a table, and began to marvel at the food I had in front of me. This stuff is simply delicious, although it’s the kind that will make you feel bad for eating such unhealthy food when you’re done. In fact, I’m not even sure they have a single healthy thing on their menu, but if you’re eating at a fast food restaurant in the first place, that’s presumably not what you’re looking for anyway.
I really like their roast beef and cheddar sandwiches. I like the poppy seeds and onions on the buns, I like the melted cheddar, and I like the feeling of biting into and tearing apart the roast beef. And these sandwiches are so simple. There’s the top bun with melted cheddar, the bottom bun with their sweet red special Arby’s sauce, and layers of thick roast beef in the middle. They certainly don’t skimp on the amount of meat that goes into these sandwiches. Unless you’re ordering one of those huge sandwiches from Fatburger or Wendy’s, I don’t think other hamburger restaurants specialize in sandwiches that normally have a higher ratio of meat to bread. The sandwiches may not look terribly impressive on the outside, but there’s actually a substantial amount of meat because it’s heavily compressed in there.
Their prime-​cut chicken tenders are just the generic kind of stuff that you might find in the deli section of a supermarket. They’re somewhat hard on the outside (but they describe them as «crispy»), and the meat on the inside is just normal white chicken meat. Their fries are also a real treat; I especially like the curly ones because they seem to have more flavor. And their mozzarella sticks are pure bliss. They are extremely salty, but it’s their strong flavor that makes them so enjoyable. Finally, the shakes that they have are good but rather generic. They have vanilla, chocolate, and jamocha in varying sizes (I’m not sure, but I think it’s a small that’s 16 ounces, medium that’s 20 ounces, and large that’s 24 ounces). In any case, a small should be plenty, so you normally shouldn’t need much more than that.
This is one of those restaurants that I like but don’t really have the desire to come back to on a regular basis. I feel like I pretty much have to get coupon discounts if I’m going to Arby’s at all, and that’s annoying. They seem to be quite aware of how expensive their food is, so it’s good that they have those coupons going out in the mail. Also, since their food is probably so lacking in nutritional value, I find it hard to come up with a reason to come here a lot. Their food tastes quite good, and that’s about it. They also beat the nearby Five Guys in just about every category, so that makes it easier to choose a fast food restaurant in the area.

Yeah, I would normally give fast food places a little more slack; you generally know what you’re going to get, and most of the stores in the chain are the same.
At least, that’s the theory. This particular Arby’s is a let-​down, even at the lower tier that the Arby’s chain sits on in the fast food hierarchy. I think the first warning would have been the overbearing smell of feet upon entering the restaurant.
Our next clue was the counter person closing the register before giving us our change, and then not being able to open the register again.
The food was okay, the Jamocha Oreo Shake was executed marginally. Seriously, normally one would think Jamocha Shake + Oreo would be a winner, but somehow, the consistency was wrong and the shake wasn’t cold enough.
The staff here apparently needs more training.

I go here every once in a while for lunch as it’s right next to my work. Very standard as far as this chain goes. The food is exactly as you would expect from any Arby’s that you might walk in to. I will say the staff here holds to a pretty high level of consistency in customer service as they greet people right away, get orders out fast, and keep the place pretty clean.

It’s an Arby’s. It’s fast food, so there isn’t much to add that anyone else hasn’t said. However, I wanted there to be at least ONE post that mentioned the business hours, since there doesn’t seem to be any for the entire Internet.
That said, I will be posting the store hours for both in-​store and drive in alone.

I used to come here all the time when my uncle visited. He absolutely LOVED this place. Mostly because of the curly fries.
I like the melt sandwich, thinly sliced roast beef layered on top of a sesame bun and topped with melted cheddar cheese. Use one of their sauces, yummy!
The curly fries here are spiced, crunchy, and addictive. Super curly, and springy… I’m drooling. Dip them in one of their sauces, MONEY.
Other sides that I’m a fan of are the potato cakes and jalopeno bites. SO GOOD!
I’ll be coming back. It’s too bad a handful of these closed down…

I am a big fan of Arby’s food, although they are way overpriced comparede to their other fast food bretheren.
This particular location is a bit different. The interior décor is a bit odd. However, its clean, the food is fresh, and the service is pretty fast.
Little known fact — the Arby’s Large Roast Beef might be the best fast food item for those that lift. It has a much higher protein to calorie, and protein to carb ratio than other fast food items.
