Adp-Automatic Data Processing

I have experience working with a few different Payroll Providers and ADP is far worst. For any issue you have to call and the wait time ranges from 10 – 40 min. or more. Hew Hire set up all aver place — you have to go to different modules to do that. Reporting system way worst! For a simple report you have to call in, be on hold 40 min and then talking to them for 30, and then call again to fix the report.
I highly advise to find a better provider than ADP!

Jeremy Pratt is the ADP rep who signed me up with ADP. ADP does all my payroll, direct deposit or paper checks, tax withholding, tax compliance, forwards taxes on to government agencies, does w-​2 and year end stuff. You will save a ton of time and money by having them do this task for you.
I had a very difficult implementation with each employee having different issues during setup. Jeremy Pratt handled it all with patience and made sure everything got set up correctly.
I really like their webapp/​interface (not sure what to call it) where I can look at employee info, look at past payments, get reports, get printouts for tax agencies… It’s very intuitive and you can do it from a smart phone.
Call them for a quote, you’ll be very surprised at the low cost and great value.
