The problem started when they showed up he“steven” backed up into our chain link fence knocked the post just about completely over. Did what they had to do drove away with not so much as a can we replace it for you or money back or discount, just nothing, they pretended like it was okay to do and that it never happened as soon as we investigated further there was significant damage I would highly avoid dealing with Wright septic it’s been 2 days they haven’t tried to call, I’ve sent pics of the damage done thru emails. I’ve made repeated phone calls that go unanswered, what a real 1 star company! don’t use them ever!!! Don’t say I didn’t warn you.

Will use this company again. Friendly customer service, Ramon came up in the truck and he was very professional. Rates seemed reasonable.

This is the worst, most unprofessional business ever. They couldn’t even determine whether our house was on sewer or septic. They said«oh yes, it’s in sewer!» To the people who sold us thus house. They LIED. SOWEWERESOLD A HOUSETHATWASTOLDTONUSTOBEON SEwer, when it actually had a collapsing cesspool. It took us one phone call to the city to determine we were not on sewer, but at that point we had already bought the house under false pretenses. They refused to make this right. Now we are out over $ 50,000 to fix this mess. All because these idiots can’t even determine correctly if this house is connected to the sewer system. They should lose their contractor’s license. All I can say is Buyer beware. On a positive side… The service tech was pleasant, knowledgeable & professional. Unfortunately they only perform septic certifications on Weds. They quoted one price for a Septic Certification and invoice another. At the close of escrow surprise additional costs. IDK… kinda felt like a bait and switch. Deceptive. Lesson learned next time I will be clear and ask repeatedly are there any other costs? I did ask once but I guess I should say are you sure? Really sure? They said that it was difficult to give spot on estimates because they aren’t aware until the see the property. Seemed reasonable. I know the septic lids were marked & tank 1000 Gallons, less than 1⁄8 full it certainly didn’t need to be dumped but charged for it none the less as if it was full 1500 gallons per tank. Chapter closed and lesson learned.
