Greg, Jesse, Mike and the rest of the crew at the Redlands are always amazing! They go above and beyond 110% to make the purchasing experience fantastic! Super helpful and friendly ! They keep their rad demeanor from the first pair of shoes you try on till the 10th! They all make you feel so welcome and their store always looks neat and organized ! We’ve shopped at other local vans stores and this one for sure beats the rest! Keep rocking!

Great customer service every time I come here. Josh is so helpful! They always take the time to measure my lil guys feet since his shoe size changes often. The employees are quick and super friendly. And the store is always neat & orderly. I will continue to be a regular customer here!

I’m terrible with names… But the guy who helped me pick out shoes for my boys had long curly blonde hair the kind that makes a gal jealous
I was very indecisive and he helped me narrow it down and I was happy with the sales going on and scored free headphones that my son will love for Christmas!
It was a perfect shopping experience… That being said. I Will be back :)

Clean store, good selection. The employees were very friendly, I just don’t like how they stare at you while you’re trying on shoes as if I’m going to shove them in my purse and steal them! It’s very uncomfortable…

We’ve shopped here regularly over the past decade, and I really should take the time to compliment the salespeople they have here. They are always super friendly and helpful, and we all know selling shoes/​having to deal with mothers and kids can be a big pain in the ass.
