Tom recently catered my work Christmas party in Yucaipa. 1 word: Yum! Everyone really enjoyed the food! I received a lot of «Great choice!» comments from everyone. Thank you Tom!
I coordinated everything with him, and he was very prompt and helpful through the whole process. He arrived right on time to the party, and set up all the amazing food he prepared for us. We had the food warmers which worked out great. The portions are very generous!
We had the tri tip (the best!), ribs, and chicken. For sides we went with beans (my personal favorite!), mac & cheese, and the baked potato salad (get it warm, great suggestion from Tom!) The sauces were good – the spicy is spicy!

Had Tom cater a birthday party for me just last week. Food was amazing!!! Tri-​tip, pulled pork & chicken. Chicken was prepared like he would have for a competition. It was clear to me he had invested lots of time. Everyone loved it!!! I appreciated the experience all the way through. Good communication via text preparing for the day, and he stuck around until he knew we were all satisfied with his service. I will definitely be using him again and highly recommend him to others.
