Amazing customer service. I went today 2 purchase hair dye & without even asking one of the girls went out of her way to help me :)

I went in there to buy some hair and nail polish and the store staff was so rude. I will never come to this particular location again, I’d rather drive ten extra minutes to the other nearest Sally’s instead.

I went in to buy a 2″ clipper blade attachment for my hair clippers. I use this to create the sides and back of my daughter’s super cute pixie style cut. On Sunday June 1, 2014 I went in during the morning and after discussing what I wanted with the lady behind the counter, I walked out with the attachment. She was concerned that it may not fit my clippers and told me that I could bring it back and exchange it as long as I kept the packaging and the receipt. Great! I thought that was awesome.
I got home and tried the attachment and sure enough it fit! Threw away the receipt and the packaging. And while the attachment looked «off», it was a different brand than my model so I didn’t think anything of it.
First swipe on my daughter’s head and it looks like a buzz cut. I check and right there on the attachment is a large number 2… right next to the number ¼″ and on the other side 6 mm. I had to use ¼″ on my DAUGHTER’S head. I cannot explain how furious I am right now. I could take it back and demand a refund, but that doesn’t grow my little girl’s hair back. TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES!!! Hair is a serious business. That mistake just messed up my little girl’s life for the next few weeks because she looks like she is going to boot camp. What if this moron sold someone a developer that was too strong or a wrong waxing kit or something? Not only will I NEVER step foot into this store again… I will never step foot into ANY Sally’s again.

This place is ridiculous. I love Sally’s in general, but Im never going back at this one. The lady there was rude and incompetent. Much better one and nicer staff is the one in SB on Highland and Sterling. Do not recommend this one in Redlands

This store staff has always been helpful amd courteous. Today the gals were a bit too busy talking with each other but were quick to serve when needed.
Great place for Moroccan tree oil products and they have a great gallon hair conditioner for a reasonable price. You can also grab a membership card for about 5 bucks which gives you discounts over the next year (and they give you a $ 5 credit receipt to use on the next visit when you buy one).
Part of a chain, I find that of the few I’ve been to in the area, this remains one of my favorites. It is crammed full of merchandise but I’ve never had anything but friendly service and clear aisles on my visits.

I went into the Redlands store the other day to get some dry shampoo. The lady there was so rude. Trust me I will never go into this particular Sally’s again. I will stick to my hometown Yucaipa Sally’s. At least they are nice and helpful in Yucaipa. I don’t think unfriendly people should be in customer service. I’m just sayin’. I urge you NOT to go to the Sally’s in Redlands, CA on Redlands Blvd.

the older lady here is a total grouch. I was my nice, usual self but she would not budge with a smile or any kind of friendly or even just plain courteous gesture. for that i give it a one. honestly, im not asking for the heavens to part or anything, a nice greeting would suffice. but anyways as for the store, very unorganized and tiny.

Pretty small, crowded, and kind of messy looking but they carry what I need. However, browsing can be a pain, especially if there’s a lot of people in there. Small aisles with lots of products can be a bit of a sensory overload.
I had to come back just because of this facial sponge they have… No other one would do. The things I do to keep my face nice and smooth… *sigh*
