Don’t bother there are plenty of other A. C servicing companies throughout Redlands that don’t have horrible Customer Service Reps. Good luck trying to explain your issues to that woman! Management, you should really reevaluate your staff.

This company sucks and the employees even more! Came out cuz my house was not staying cool. First the guy says there’s a short in the wiring. Then I’m very low on freon. Then compressor won’t take the freon. Says maybe his equipment isn’t working right. Then takes the compressor apart. Says, sorry to tell u this but u need a new compressor, which start at about 3,000. Says he’d call with a price. We just got a compressor like 4 years ago so I wasn’t going to go by his word. Besides, he seriously didn’t know his ass from his elbow. We got someone else thru word of mouth that does weekend jobs on the side. Came out from Yucaipa, no service call charge(on the weekend!), took 10 min. Replaced capacitor… my God, answer to our prayers. Checked out our filter and a few other things for us. Asked if $ 150.00 was okay for bill. Wrote a check for 200.00!!! I will refer this guy to everyone I know. I was told the other guy that works for Redlands heating and air makes a big commission on compressors, etc. WATCHOUT for them, seriously…
