Wow! Talk about a warm welcome! Not only is their selection great, (Enjoy, Moroccan Oil, Jack Black) but the two ladies who helped me today were so nice and knowledgeable.
I’ve been here many times and it’s always a great experience. They are definitely 5 stars in my book. Shop here!
I went in to find a shampoo to take out the brassy tone in my hair, and pick up Moroccan Oil products. Thank you so much for your help!

Went here looking for «baby foot» of all things. (Google that, it’ll freak you out).
They were the only place in town that had it. Inside it was well lit, wasn’t killing me with fragrance and it had a very nice variety of high end salon brands (Pureology, Redken etc). They also had some makeup lines there. Everything was well organized and the workers were knowledgeable about their products.
They have Hemp hand lotion which I love… and more than one scent! There is also a small wall with «man» grooming products like Jack Black and Crew.
Very well organized, friendly service, clean and easy to wander in.
For high end beauty products pop in here first before running all over town.

I have been coming here for years, they are the only place that carries my beloved lip gloss (that James loves and sort of demands). They have always gone over the top to assist when I come in and I love the Hemp lotion they carry! I was in on Friday with Marc C. for my skin care lesson and make up trial run for my up coming wedding. He was the BEST, the girls chimed in and for an hour and a half we all laughed our asses off at me, at him and each other. I love this place, my new BFF’s for sure.

Stephanie is thee best! I went in for a facial, and unfortunately I had a reaction to the product, which caused a dark pigmentation to appear on my right cheek. I called Stephanie the next day, and she had me come back in and proceeded to give me free samples of products to help decrease the pigmentation. After a month the pigmentation remained, and I called Stephanie again, and she had me come in every Monday for a month to give me a hydrating facial (which Dermalogica –the product that was originally used-​said would help with the problem.) She did this free of charge, AND she gave me a cleanser, micro exfoliant, and multiple samples for FREE. After each treatment, the pigmentation began to fade, and 3 months later, it is completely normal. She was amazing-​so understanding and generous! If you want to be well taken care of, ask for Stephanie!

This is the best place to find Men’s skin care products. They have a great selection of Jack Black products, and the service is always the best of the best. They have an amazing selection for a small locally-​owned business, that rivals the inventory of the giant cosmetic stores. Everyone in the store is incredibly friendly and helpful. If they are currently out of a product, they will special order it for you and can even ship directly to your home so you don’t have to go back in. Best spa and salon in town by far!

I’m not sure what the young man’s name is, but I guess he works here and at Belissima next door. Anyway, he was a lot of help when I was feeling super sad about my adult acne. He steered me towards Dermalogica (which I loved anyway), but away from their teen acne line and towards the Medi-​Bac. He gave me a TON of samples – I’ve never received so many samples from a store – and a lot of advice. He was calming and super nice.
Generally everyone is polite in the store, and they have pretty great stuff. I don’t think the hours are great, and the website could be more informative. I’d like to know more about their services, but it’s not online.
All in all, a great Redlands institution!
