Free WiFi, What WiFi? 3rd time, down again! Informed mgr on duty(Mallorie) WiFi down, she confirmed the(2 month) ongoing internet problem. «Corporate just sent out new router, yesterday». Sorry Redlands Panera… Not acceptable. As a mobile business user, I hafta find a reliable source for my future business projects. **Be warned, WiFi seems to be a continuous problem here**

Went there again earlier this week and it seems as if service is getting worse. They only had two cash registers open during lunch rush, so it took close to 15 minutes to order my food. As I waited for my food at the counter(another 10 minutes) I saw a manager texting on her cell phone and then returned to making sandwiches– she didn’t change her glove or wash her hands! GROSS. To top it off when I received my salad It was soggy!

I like the food okay, but the service here is awful. I ordered a sandwich which took them 10 minutes to make, and it was made incorrectly. I went up to the counter to ask them to redo it and the person preparing the food said he would remake it right away. Before he had even finished saying that, another employee interrupted him and asked me to go back to my seat and wait for the sandwich there. I told them no thanks, and walked out since I was in a rush. I never got my sandwich and threw away $ 5 because of their incompetence.

I love this place! I really love their coffee more than Starbucks’. And prices are about the same. I think Panera’s lattes are so much better. I think they are made the old school way. I’ve never had bad services. I’m not a fan of chains. But I have to say they are one of the rare chains that will go out of their way to accommodate customers. Love their salads!!! Can’t go wrong ordering their salads. Although, the services at this location isn’t as polished as it used to be… Not sure what it is. I despise ordering online or using the kiosk for it is taking away jobs from the youngsters. They say it supposed to help cut the costs. Besides, these machines cost them more to put in than to hire a human being. Well the prices doesn’t seem to show it. It just keeps going up every year. Please people avoid the kiosk as long as you can…

Ordered on line last night for pick up this morning. Collected the bag got all the way to work to find out the breakfast sandwiches were not in the bag. I called the store, the manger was a total ASSHOLE. Tried to tell me I ordered the wrong way and I have to back into the store to get my refund. They were unwilling to refund my card any other way and refused to put the charges for the sandwiches I did not receive on a gift card. Their customer service is non existent! This is the second and last time I have had problems with this store. I will never be going there again! I will be getting my bagels and pasties elsewhere. Never had such rude customer service, they have forgotten their paycheck depends on customers…

Their wi if isn’t working. It route you to their gateway, you log on it shows you’re connected but when you try to get on the web you don’t get connected. This problem has been going on for at least one month and they claim it is a company wide problem and they are working on it. The employees are very disrespectful, they just shrug their shoulders and smile. They refused to put on a sign to state that they don’t have wifi. Even the manager refused to dot it stating it is an intermittent problem. How can it be intermittent when in the last three times we were it wasn’t working the entire time. Their attititude show a complete disregard for their customers. Don’t go there.

I love having panera this close to work. It gets really busy at lunch) but still always tasty. The staff is very nice and tentative. I wish it wasn’t so expensive. The food is good though!

I went in Panera and ordered 2 grill cheese sandwiches and two cups of soup. I got home and sat down to eat with my daughter, I took a bite of my grill cheese sandwich and the plastic that the cheese comes wrapped in was left on… it was pretty gross! I split the sandwich in half to see what was in my sandwich… yep it was plastic… just imagine making a grill cheese sandwich and never unwrapping the cheese just stick it between the bread and melt it all together… I called and spoke with«the manager» Jessica and she so politely apologized and then offered me a free grilled cheese sandwich … really? Seriously? A free grill cheese sandwich … NOTMYMONEYBACKFROMTHEGRILLCHEESEWITHPLASTIC! But … Sure come on in and will give you a free grill cheese sandwich… No thank you Jessica … I’ll pass on your free grill cheese sandwich if fact I will NEVER step foot in panera bread ever again!

They have kiosks you can order at to skip the long line during lunch hours, definitely helped cut down wait time. Blt was bomb. Cesar salad was a bit dry.

I get their baker dozen on Tuesday which is only $ 6.99 for 13 bagels! What a deal! But what is the best part is getting their blue berry bagel with their blue berry spread and that combo is to die for! Tuesday is the best day for your money savings! I get two baker dozen to supply my whole office with bagels for the week!

For a company it is ashamed not to maintain the place. No money to fix the chairs? Really Management should be un charge of this!

WORSTSERVICEEVER. I live less than a black away so I always try to give it another chance but do not use the rapid pickup if you want your order to be correct. I am still waiting for a manager to return my call from an issue I had 2 months ago. The food is always soggy and loaded up on condiments to the point that it is inedible. Every single time I have placed an order I have had an item missing(Italian sandwich, 2 pack of bread bowls, bagel, kids sandwich) and it is such a hassle to get a manager to comp anything unless you want to go back the same day, which I usually don’t because I’m already so frustrated. Save your time, money, and stress and try another location or Corner Bakery.

Meh. It’s over priced and always crowded. The staff was friendly. I ordered a «Pick 2» panini and broccoli cheddar soup. Both could have been warmer. Soup was tasty. The sandwich was tiny(like palm of my hand) for $ 6. My son’s kids menu grilled cheese was bigger. They were out of the regular bread for it so his came out late and with the wrong side, a big deal for a hungry 15 mo old. My husbands half turkey sandwich was small and on the heel of the bread. Not impressed.

Check your order before you leave! My father, who frequents this location sometimes twice a day, returned home to eat his lunch and realized his ham sandwich was missing the ham. One would think that a restaurant as popular and well known as this one would be more organized, but I guess not.

Panera Bread is one of my favorite chains(ashamed to say, but whatever lol), and I like this location. I came here recently when I was sick, and the chicken noodle soup and hot tea both hit the spot. Also, being a rewards member, I got a free pastry with my meal! I got a pumpkin muffie, which unfortunately I could not taste because I was sick, but I still ate it and the texture was just pure fluffiness. Staff was nice, especially in restocking items that needed attention(specifically hot water and bagel for my dad in my visit). Also they were generous with the butter, which I really need in my life. Thank you!

They closed down two cash registers and put in more kiosk so you could order faster. However, they can’t handle the volume of orders coming in through the kiosks. You can order faster but they can’t put out the orders that fast. It still need humans to make those sandwiches. So what’s the point. Took 30 minutes at breakfast just to get a toasted bagel ordered through the kiosk. It the ultimate inefficiency !!! Then in 30 minute, I go to find out where my bagel is, I am told they lost the little piece of paper so they don’t have my bagel. By then they ran out of the kind of bagel I wanted. So I didn’t get my food. If I could give them zero stars, I would.

I normally love Panera and have no complaints, but their catering is sometimes slacking. My work ordered bagels and coffee for our staff meeting and twice now they have forgotten to bring the cream cheese and sugar. How do you forget the cream cheese when you’re bringing bagels?!!

Is this a restaurant or a fricken library? I walk in the door for dinner and a study group is taking up one room and maybe half of them actually bought anything, and there are no open tables other than a couple 2 person tables. Two separate students are sprawled out in their own separate 4 person booths by themselves. It’s really rude. I realize this is not Panera’s fault per se. Just be prepared to take your food to go, because it is usually busy/occupied by rude people. On to the food. Most everything I had was good, except there was a big disgusting hard piece of chicken in my panini. I don’t know if it was burnt skin or what, but it was attached to the meat. My wife said she will never order a panini after seeing that. The salad and soups are a good bet. I LOVE their iced tea. Cookies are good too. If you plan ahead you can order beforehand and pick up your food at a specified time. That’s probably the smartest.
