I’ve tried eating there a few times Horrible Service how are they still in business. If I could do no star I would of.

This rating is for the egg noodle soup which is always hot, delicious, and fresh, always sends me into orbit! I always order #94 or 95 on the egg noodle menu. Thank you Noodle 21! The service and surroundings have always been fine when I have come as well(although I agree with another review that it is best to try outside of peak lunch hour).

Go to this place every now and again with friends and family, the vegetarian selection is great! Everything comes to the table pretty quickly even when really busy! Absolutely love the honey due melon with boba and would recommend this little restaurant to anyone.

Food is basic. Ordered the rice noodle combo. Weird noodles and gravy sauce that had mushrooms that looked like they were from a can. Upon entering we weren’t greeted and asked a bus boy to seat us. Then one of the waiters was sick and coughing while taking our order and serving food. No one EVER asked how our meal Tasted and we got our check no one picked it up so we paid cash and left right after. I could go on and on. DONOTRECOMMEND. TRUSTTHEREVIEWS! I didn’t!

Small portions, broth was a bit salty. Can’t believe how small the phở bowl was! We went in around 815 pm and they were already cleaning, smelled like a bathroom! Our table smelled like bleach and the staff wasn’t very helpful looking when we got in. They are more concerned about getting out then serving! So much potential…

This place is hit or miss, but the last 15 times I have been here, the service is abysmal. The quality of the food varies depending on who is cooking. This place is near my house and I go here often for that reason. But if I’m being honest with myself, I need to let go of what this place used to be and find a new phở restaurant.

We went here on a Sunday afternoon. The place was decently full, but we were seated and offered service right away. We ordered the Singapore noodles and beef ball phở. The noodles were a bit dry, but still good and tasty. The phở was great — a nice broth, good flavors, etc. The best phở place that we’ve found in the area! Prices were pretty good for the size of the bowls. The downside was the service. After we ordered the food, we never saw our server again. We had to flag her down to ask for water refills.

This rating isn’t for the food, but for the attitude and unappreciated stank face my sister and I received from one of the rude servers attending us. Long story short; Our waitress misheard what we ordered, and when a different server came out with the wrong plates, we told her immediately that we had ordered something completely different. She rolled her eyes, and took the plates away. Our first initial waitress came back with our new food, was very polite, smiled, and made sure she did in fact bring out the right order. We smiled, apologized about the mishap, thanked her and continued on with our dinner. As I was eating I felt a glare, and there was the server with a stank face starring me down. She turned away when she saw that she had been caught giving me dirty looks. No one came back to check on our table for the rest of the evening, not even to ask if I would like a refill of water(which I so obviously did, I don’t chew on ice for fun). Let me give you a little tip(since we didn’t leave one with the bill) SMILE. It will take you a long way.

Phở and vermicelli bowl. Delicious! Meat kinda looks like it was made in a laboratory, but it tastes good! Get shrimp and pork vermicelli, mmmmm. Good price for the quantity and quality.

The customer service wasn’t too great. There were 3 girls working and they were nice and smiled when they took our orders, but they rarely worked and paid any attention to their customers. We were ready to give our bill and they didn’t check on us for about 10 minutes, so we just left cash so that we can leave. They mainly talked to each other about personal things when food was ready to be delivered. They also messed up on my order and eventually gave me my real order when i told them. However, they made no effort to apologize. They were just rude. The food wasn’t delicious too. Everything was oily and the food wasn’t tasty. It was just poor quality food. All i really tasted was oil throughout my meal. And the portions aren’t worth the money. We paid around $ 8 for a dish that had only 2 pieces of shrimp, a salad with only a piece of lettuce and 2 pieces of each tomatoes and cucumbers, a piece of egg that was smaller than my hand, and bean curd skin that was oily and chewy. Noodle 21 isn’t worth the money with its quality and service.

I have never received bad service or bad Phở while here. The ambiance is modern and I appreciate how well kept the place is. The food is always hot and fresh, whether I order in or take out. Dine or Dash? Dine and take out.

Very pretty décor. Food was ok-average. Phở Ga had sliced chicken, not pieces and not very much in regular portion. The spring rolls-ok, but only 2. Would have liked 3 which is usual. Also…Both waitresses were young(family?) but my wife is Cambodian and when she asked them for a couple of things to add, they didn’t say a word in response. Rude. Hadn’t thought of it at the time but it registered later. $ 30+change! Tea wasn’t free like most and café sue da was too much ice-order it without ice or else on the side. Bathrooms excellent!

I do like their phở and their rice. I like the com thit nuong, pork. I ordered for take out today and I asked for com thit nuong but they gave me beef instead of pork so I am a little disappointed. Beef didn’t taste good. The pork is really good though. Service is still Asian — whatever — but I generally come to Asian places for food not service.

Wow, fancy digs for a Vietnamese restaurant. However, no. just no. It took forever to get someone’s attention when we came in, and our orders took a while. I got phở, which wasn’t very good and wasn’t served way hot… it got nasty warm in 15 minutes! Prices are cheap though. Obviously I will not come back, I will stick with my real Vietnamese restaurant places. Nope nope nope.

Phở restaurants are pretty consistent when it comes to the quality of the food. it’s either: good or slightly better than good. This place was slightly better than good. FOOD: Phở broth is solid and prepared at a perfect temperature. I get the House Special, which comes with a generous amount of meat, tendon, and tripe. The Shaken Beef dish is very tasty. plenty of flavor in the steak but is a little tough. I really like the Chicken Spring Rolls. You don’t find these often at other Phở spots. Grilled chicken wrapped and dipped in the peanut sauce. yum! AMBIANCE: Not your typical Vietnamese restaurant. They have an attractive, modern décor that doesn’t have that lingering soup smell. It’s great when your clothes don’t reek of Phở. SERVICE: Quick, down to business service. The 2 older folks, I assume are the owners, are very friendly and welcoming. TIPS: You have to try the Chicken Spring Rolls!

Not impressive. Looks like a phở place trying to be a chain restaurant. Phở soups are same price as regular phở restaurants but when we got the orders of phở the soup was just warm not hot… Which is required to cook the raw meat they give you inside the soup. The waitress gave of waters when we sat down but didn’t ask us for if we wanted anything to drink like boba or soft drinks. The spring rolls are over priced and not great they’re just regular spring rolls order of 2 for $ 7. Noodle 21 isn’t bad but isn’t good I will not be returning.

I’m only giving one star because no stars isn’t an option. I went there today which was a Friday at lunch time. After a few minutes of standing there a man just pointed in the direction of a table for us to sit at. Once seated they never took our drink order just put Luke warm tap water with no ice at our table. After ordering the chicken rice noodles and my husband ordered a beef and rice plate it took about 15 minutes for food to come, which was fine. We were never offered a refill on the tap water. The food came and it was absolutely disgusting the rice noodles we all starchy and stuck together with some microwaved vegetables and a sauce that was more like a thick gravy. It was bad. My husbands beef and rice was slightly better but the jasmine rice was crunchy and over cooked. After the food came nobody ever came to see if it was ok, if we needed anything else, like maybe a drink. It’s safe to say I will never been returning to noodle 21. Yuck!

Quirky experience. Food was great: House rolls, House rice dish, and house special(charbroiled pork, chicken, and beef) Waitress brought out food but forgot appetizers. Another Waitress came to the table with a water pitcher and asked if we wanted refills, to which we said yes. She also asked if we wanted tea refills, to which we also said yes. She then left without refilling our waters(awkward!) Overall the ambience was nice. Food was great. Service left me scratching my head.

Tried their vermicelli with beef. It was fantastic and had a very hardy portion size. I was wary at first since the reviews weren’t great but based on this entrée alone, I would come back and try other items. I also tried their tamarind wings. They were okay at best but not bad. One thing of note if you’re a soda drinker: they feature only canned sodas.

I had originally gave this place a fairly good rating(4 stars). I have returned multiple times and have seen the service level declined. Today was the worse. Took a long time for orders to come out. My wife’s ice coffee came out after the entrees were brought. I had to flag down her down to complain and then got no apology. To make matters worse, we found a long strand of hair in the shaken beef dish. We flagged down the server(an older gentleman who may even have been the owner) who said he would get us a new one. No apologies. Never offered to take it off the menu. Stuff like that I can’t handle. Enough said. I don’t give a lot of bad ratings…
