DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME !!! This place is terrible, I didn’t get her name but I asked her to keep them as thick as possible as I’m trying to grow them back, the left one is okay, the right one is pencil thin with a bald spot. I was so mad and she said it was the only way to get the shape … The shape doesn’t even match the left one. what the hell ! Then she got an attitude with me when I said I didn’t like them. I will never go back here. Pay more and get your eyebrows done elsewhere …

So disappointed today, one of my eyebrows is thick and the other barely has any hair. She always does a good job (the mexican) but she obviously didn’t do a good job today. she said I didn’t have to pay but Im not like that. She usually asks how I want my eyebrows before I sit down but NOPE not today. She asked another lady to charge me she she set my money on the counter and not in my hand she didn’t even count it back to me I guess she was upset that I didn’t like my eyebrows today. I’ve been a customer since day 1 this place opened. They lost a loyal customer. When you make a mistake its best to own up to it and apologize not get mad, if any body should have been upset it should be me because I look so silly rite now. on to find a better eye brow threader. There’s one by the DMV I’m going to check that one out in 3 weeks hopefully my eyebrow grows back fast

I’m giving two stars because you can’t beat 5 dollar eyebrow service BUT they take forever!!! And the charge a fee to use your card

Fast service and she did exactly what I asked for plus they have stamp cards so after so many visits you get one free. The shop is clean and after every part of your eyebrow they get new thread. Definitely coming back and never going back to waxing.

My first visit was quality work with the lady who helped me (her initials are RI). My 2nd visit, not so great… It’s too stuffy in there, they need a fan or to turn on the a.c. The lady who helped me this time didn’t clean the chair from the previous pt, didn’t use hand sanitizer when starting on me. I could smell the food she ate on her hands/​breathe. She kind of pulled or cut my lashes as well when she was threading. this visit def makes me question going back! I guess it’s what you expect for $ 4.99 :/
