Not bad. I got their«deluxe 3» which is a pedicure, massage, and polish for $ 33.00. The lady doing my pedi was good other than she didn’t massage me very hard at all. It’s very hard to understand what she was telling me so I just smiled and nodded which got me an extra charge for something I wasn’t even aware wasn’t included. Apparently, it’s $ 6.00 more to have your legs wrapped in hot towels while they polish your toes and it’s not included in the«deluxe 3» package. I think they do it on purpose. It’s obvious I don’t understand their very broken English and they try to take advantage of it. Either way, that little con cost my tech her tip. Sorry, I only bring a certain amount for that reason.

first time here, love the way my nails turned out! i wanted a coffin shape type deal & i helped guide her to exactly what i wanted & she did it for the most part. everything was good up until i started bleeding on one of my fingers bc of how tough she was w filing & shaping & etc etc. couldve been 5 stars, but my nails on the left isnt identical to my right(dont get me wrong its for the most part similar) & that just irritated me so –1 star, plus my finger bleeding just strikes it down 1 more star. also, it took almost 2 hours to get a full set & she messed up my thumb twice but what i wanted wasnt anything elaborate so yea. besides those 3 things, it turned out nice & they really listen to what you want but you just have to speak up

It was my first time here and I was a little skeptic because I’m extremely picky with my nails. I came in with a friend, she got a fill on her acrylic overlay and I got a full set. We absolutely loved it!!! I came in with an idea and the tech stopped at nothing to do it exactly how I wanted it. Will definitely become a regular!

Been coming here for years. Never had a problem. Nails are always perfect here. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. The pricing is also inexpensive

Visiting from out of town and thought I’d bring my mother for a massage. Reception was pleasant, but the massage was less than pleasant. Male masseuse didn’t bother to ask any questions regarding how I would like a massage. He drenched me and oil was all over my hair and I had to put myself down before the massage was even complete. It was a bad experience and needless to say I will not be returning. By the way be ready to pay extra for things such as a deep tissue massage as this is an additional charge. You have been warned.

Don’t ever get your fax waxed here. I broke out the next day with rough skin that didn’t heal within two days. I went to estetitian and asked her for advice at Sephora. I got my nail here to and the lady cut some skin. It wasn’t the best experience. It was painful and at the end it was just an ok job on the nail. As for getting a wax ladies do yourself a favor and book someone else to do it. It’s not worth the face risk. They use some cheap wax which is not good for your skin trust me!!!

My nails look fantastic! The pedicurists were very kind and did an excellent job. I will come again whenever I’m in the area. Great nail spot!

I love this place! I followed my manicurist of 14 years to here, and when she retired I was introduced to Julie. She is amazing! I get compliments on my nails all the time. The shop is a bit small and far from my work & home, but it’s worth the drive. I highly recommend making an appointment if you don’t like to wait.

Love this place! Sorry to hear about other’s bad experiences. I keep coming back! Especially to get my eyebrows done. I’m a simple kind of gal and their acrylic white tips are perfect. Ask for Lily she’s the best for waxing & nails. Place is small and there’s only like 3– 4 gals working but definitely worth the wait. Really inexpensive and great work! My fave to date!

not one of the better areas in the IE. they charge for using card, and with only a few ladies, i had to wait before getting my pedi done. my other two friends had to wait for me since they were finished first. my friends and i weren’t as happy with the ways our nails looked. ladies are nice though…

This is my go-to salon for manicure and pedicure. I used to get a manicure/pedicure occasionally to treat myself but after going here I now get my nails done routinely because I like how it looks i.e. manicure twice a month and pedicure once a month. I get a simple manicure that involves square shaping and sea salt buffing for shine. I know it’s simple but I really like how the manicurists shape my nails. I only come to this place now(and I don’t even live in Redlands, I live in Riverside).

This place used to be my favorite but not anymore. The last two times I have gone my nails have been done horribly. The woman takes two hours or more to do them and they still are not done right and start lifting within two days and I don’t want to waste my money like that and my husband agrees with me on that. Not even glitter can makeup for that kind of sin. Especially when they lift and pop off. This does not make for a happy customer. This has made me sad as I loved being able to come here seeing as I only get this done a few times a year.

so after looking for awhile on our iphone map, we found this nail salon that sounded lovely being from out of town, we really didn’t know what’s around. So we decided to try this particular one. My friend and I wanted to get our nails done for a wedding we were attending and my hubby was doing nothing in particular so I told him to get a pedicure done too. We got to the place and the workers seemed nice. The place was new looking and the ambiance was relaxing. We were seated right away to our massage spa chairs. No complaint about the wait, felt good on my back. They gave us a menu to decide which one to get so I decided on the first package(forgot what it’s called) but it was mani/pedi w/scrubbing, hot towels, cut down, massage, etc and they even do dead skin shaving for an extra $ 5. I have to say my attendant was really good. The massage was good and I felt like she did a good job on my toes, she even put a nice design on it. She striked up good conversations so I give her a plus for that. My complaint was when someone else did my manicure, he did ok except for the fact that my polish didn’t last long. I mean by the next day my tips were chipped and all i did after was shop! Come on now… i didn’t even do the dishes or anything like but yet the next day it was ruined! He didn’t speak either and didn’t seem all that friendly other wise I would have gone back to get it fixed, but we decided the next day to go to another salon. My friends design on the other hand, looked a little kiddie. He drew these little flowers that would see in kid’s bedroom. So she was quite disappointed with that. Also, her polish didn’t even look shiny by the next day. Overall, if you come to this salon just for the typical mani/pedi they do a good job. Just don’t come here for color or design, coz it’s quite disappointing. I go to a better one back home and I pay less.
