AWFUL! This is the third time we have made online appointment, only to be told by staff at front desk, that EVEN with online appointment, we were not guaranteed appt! Filed complaint online with LABCORP, spoke to yet another rude employee, Mr Wheland, who was equal to the nasty rude attitude we experienced at Redlands lab site. Do yourself a favor and find another lab service AND file complaints with insurance carrier, LABCORP corporate office AND Unilocal site, with no complaints, NOTHING will EVER get solved or re-evaluated, remember, your patient voice DOES count! Front desk receptionist was also rude and nasty and patient is disabled on top of it, WOW too bad ZERO rating is not an option!

Zero stars is not an option? I was assaulted by a big Latino fella that pulled out the biggest gauge bazooka he could find to use on me. Then he jammed it in & kept pushing it in deeper & deeper! As he told me abt getting a new motorcycle after work. I am traumatized & don’t ever want to get labs done again! Wth?

Permanent nerve damage from a blood dr aw? Wtheck? Be very afraid… even as I screamed tech didn’t remove the needle… six weeks of pain in my hand, arm, 2 doc apts and now being told this may be permanent… called district manager NORETURNCALL…

Came in after my doctors appointment to get blood drawn. I didn’t have to wait long and the tech drew my blood without much pain or hassle. I have no problems going here again.
